I ve got 2 tickets for lyntog 4030 today 01 12 2024 and 2 days ago the train was canceled I ve called DSB and they have told me to take another train one hour earlier and change it in Aarhusand also gave to pick up my seats tickets from 7 eleven kiosk in the train station I ve came here and they didn t have any seats tickets for me so I ve called again DSB only to find out that it was a mistake and actually the train was not canceled and I have to take the train I have bought tickets for in the first time Nobody sent me any notification a SMS or email about this I was lucky I ve called them myself about the seats Of course I have to wait one hour now in the train station So I have to wait one hour

I am appalled by the disgraceful
I am appalled by the disgraceful behavior of a DSB ticket controller towards my wife during her recent trip She frequently travels between Sweden and Denmark using the DSB app to purchase tickets and check in However on this occasion the app logged her out unexpectedly and she couldn t log back in due to an error When the controller approached her instead of listening or showing any understanding he started shouting at her in a crowded train His tone was aggressive humiliating and completely unprofessional My wife felt deeply disrespected as he refused to acknowledge her explanation repeatedly dismissing her concerns with it s not my problem When she presented her Swedish ID as she is a student visiting Denmark he had the audacity to rudely ask What are you doing in Denmark and then mockingly laughed when she said she was visiting her husband This behavior was disgusting xenophobic and entirely unacceptable Even though she paid the bill immediately this encounter left her shaken and traumatized Visitors and passengers deserve to be treated with respect not subjected to abuse and humiliation by DSB staff I strongly urge DSB to investigate this incident and ensure their employees are properly trained to act with professionalism basic decency and cultural sensitivity

DSB 398 send her on her pension she s finished
I made a trip from Gen ve to Copenhagen today I traveled with a big bag and skis All trains I entered were near empty Once I entered Denmark - This DSB-lady started making an argument with me about all bags have to be up in the luggage compartment With all due respect I get that rules are rules yet in a near empty train I believe that it s crazy to dictate that and threaten to throw me out Nowhere along the entire route Switzerland Germany anyone made any mention to me about luggage yet here in Denmark I met an old crazy DSB person enforcing law her call sign ID 398 They borrow train carriages from Deutsche Bahn for this route such that we finally have space on this train route yet the service is appalling Unnecessary argumentation it makes no sense at all similar to one of my high school teachers back in the day Send those old turds on their pension please they are finished
