DO NOT use this company What a scam and a money maker I have reported this company to the BBB of Miami and I have filed a complaint with FTC They have no desire to stop sending me emails I have received 9 mails in three weeks Unless you do not mind getting emails then continue with this unscrupulous company

very bad experience

Unfortunately I have been using 5 of their products as they described exactly for a whole year without any benefits I even contacted their customers service they are so rude I wasted 700 plus one year Totally don t trust them They are overpriced and bad products Be aware please

I order from here almost two months

I order from here almost two months ago My item still haven t arrived They said it was because of DPD but I contacted them and they said that DSLaboraties who had to get in contact with them so my package has just been sitting there I emailed them around 10 times I had one reply to my first email but nothing since then terrible customer service I emailed asking for a solution or a refund and this was about a month ago DEFINITELY DON T BUY FROM HERE

DS Labs was supposed to include shampoo

DS Labs was supposed to include shampoo with the 100 purchase It never came When I contacted the company they were happy to sell me some Just another scam company BUYER BEWARE

Product doesn t work

Product doesn t work I reached out multiple times regarding the results and I received the same response it typically takes 90 days 5 months later nothing has improved Definitely don t recommend

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I never received the product after months and months of waiting every time I complained they wouldn t reply for ages and then say they have sent another one to me which never materialised Absolutely awful Have finally given up and asked for a refund Not worth the time and effort

Do not trust this company

I bought the products to be delivered in Brazil about 3 times One day I bought again and they emailed me saying they wouldn t deliver here anymore I sent multiple emails and tried the chat many times but no one answered My money over 300 USD was not returned and they didn t answer me at all This was all about 2 months ago and nothing yet I started a dispute in Paypal and I m trying other ways to fix the problem My advice do not trust this company They don t have proper customer support and won t answer if you have problems

Very Poor customer service Order now over 10 days late 2 emails to them doesnt look like any online chat is available and and no response from company Shame as I like their products but will now purchase elsewhere as plenty of alternatives
