The promised me that they will bring my package from 11 to 1 pm its now 14 12 and they still did not deliver

Rubbish service

Rubbish service They cancelled our delivery of a container for no reason when we had told them it was urgent Then they failed to defer our VAT so we are out of pocket the money for 3 months Also they demanded a Certificate of Origin for a product from Turkey when all previous transporters have been happy with the declaration written on the Proforma Invoice Very incompetent will not be using this lot again

Don t use this company They send me unknown invoices to small court I paid and they send double invoices STILLING MONEY DONT USE

If I could I would give them less than one star We are waiting since several weeks for our furniture to arrive They set a delivery time but never show up Furthermore its really difficult to reach them over phone At this point we gave up that we will ever receive the furniture I can highly recommend to NEVER get anything delivered by them

Totally scandalous

Totally scandalous They lost half of our shipment to refurbish our house We got informed on the day of delivery Since then no news no information no apologies and they just can t be reached out by phone In the meantime the building contractor is waiting for the equipment and we just can t act to mitigate the consequences

This company needs to be closed down I have been waiting for a parcel I ordered last year now and it was from alberton to Roodepoort and some how it went to Cape town and now it s in midrand There is zero urgency to actually deliver the parcel and I got to pay for this service too The customer care is useless taking forever to respond or sheepishly at the end of the day They say gonna put in a query for you but that means nothing The website claims a delivery date which is flat out false advertising You would have to have something wrong with you to use this service I bet they are doing dodgy things with your parcels Completely crap business
