This was an excellent and very relevant course
This was an excellent course - the trainer was superb and really made the course content relevant and memorable for the small group of attendees She also enabled us to share our existing and different levels of personal experience and reasons for participating - which meant that we all learned from each other too I feel confident about my role as a member of my firm s MHFA team now and there is a real security in knowing that Dualism s support will be there for me going forward

This is an awesome course
This is an awesome course - Jane and Sue deliver this in a way that resonates with people - not just a paper based course lots of interaction and discussionWould definitely recommend

I attended the Mental Aid First Aid training hosted by Jane and Sue They are knowledgeable and engaging facilitators who genuinely cared for the group I highly recommend the course

Definitely worth it
The tutor Jane was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience pleasant and informative I came away knowing so much more and was so grateful for the time given to talk about things instead of feeling rushed

Finding time to revisit the Manual and key points
I found the session really useful because we did an overview on what we had previously learnt in our Mental Health training so it was great to revisit topics with a prior knowledge and understanding that I did not have first time around This meant I was already in the correct space The breakout groups were really useful as well understanding how others from different organisations had put their learning into practice and that we were all on a similar journey

Brilliant course
Brilliant course with great instructors Even with a lot of experience in working on a suicide prevention line this course left me feeling more prepared confident at the thought of proactively approaching someone I feel may be struggling with poor mental health
