Never received my order
Never received my order after 1 month and no communication Scam i got the receipt Be aware Update It s not a scam i thought it was since they never replied to many emails i sent them finally got my 2 custom chocolate Ordered on 29 September 2024Received my order on 11 November 2024 The chocolate was melted and oily by the time i received them straight from the postman Not edible

This company has ZERO customer service
This company has ZERO customer service Placed my order and heard nothing for weeks Contacted them via email and socials multiple times to check when my order would be posted and more weeks passed hearing nothing Finally received my order almost 2 months after I placed it but only after emailing AGAIN to tell them I would be lodging a complaint and a refund request from my bank Chocolate was oily and not well packaged at all with oil leaking all through the box Don t be scammed by this company like I was

Loved the chocolates so much Very yummy and my whole family enjoyed it Definitely coming back for more haha There s a little wait on delivery though but very worth it
