Waiting an hour and a half for a 300 bus going to Kildare village which is meant to be every 30 minutes By the time the bus showed up people with pre booked tickets for three separate services had accumulated and instead of making it clear who would be prioritised and who would be getting on the bus driver just sat there with the door closed taking videos of the queue which went all the way down the quay Never again

My last time getting this from the tralee route out 3 weeks ago I complained about the exact same thing It s detouring to killarney will be stationary there until half 4 I ve sports at 7 so won t be able to eat properly beforehand I asked the driver is killarney broke down again he said no just don t have the buses The delays are absolutely ridiculous shouldn t be on the road if they haven t the sufficient buses At least with bus eireann you know departure time and coming any route past adare always 20 mins delay

300 route scheduled for 9 15 from Burg Quay 26 10 2024 Left 40 mins late Bus driver was rude Leap Card not accepted for return tickets Dirty Bus No ventilation No aircon Hot stuffy Coach services in third-world countries are better than this supposed first-world service This bus should cost nothing more than 2 00 return for the service you re receiving Instead they charge you 15 00 return Dublin Coach should be ashamed Disgusting service

Dublin Coach is a national disgrace I don t understand how they can still survive Bus is always late the realtime online is broken and not accurate at all Filthy bus with no toilet and no wifi Broken seats and no air conditioning system When will TFI penalise this company and liquidate them My champagne is waiting for that moment

Booked bus from limerick to Dublin this am 07 05 -bus cancelled no alerts on website-No heat on Bus toilets not fit for purpose-how do they think people will put up with this unhygienic toilet -no excuses whatsoever-I m now waiting in Burgh Quay for return journey-now 19 30 still no sign of bus - very unhappy-thus company does not deserve business -

Awful awful awfulBuses are never on time Have just missed my flight depending on a bus that should have got there 2 hours before my flight departed Bus arrived in Naas 40mins late then stopped at the Red Cow and the driver told us he wouldn t be continuing to the airport- another green bus showing Dublin airport as the destination was parked behind us but that driver also wouldn t go to the airport just say there chatting with his mate Another bus turned up 30mins later and got to the airport just as my gate was closed DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY - A NATIONAL DISGRACE What is the Ombudsman doing

The only reason I give it one star is because 0 isn t an option If you like gambling this is the bus for you Do not rely on this service if your arrival is time sensitive it s basically a roll of the dice for wether or not it shows each time So many times the bus just doesn t show with no warning and I had to get a taxi for 5-6 x the price and the fairs are extortionate to begin with as well another 3-4 x the price of a Dublin bus or any other bus that takes leap card DO NOT GET THIS BUS
