My parcel has gone missing
My parcel has gone missing I messaged their customer service and for days they said it s a problem with the courier and will get back to me I still don t have the parcel which I paid for and have no clue as to when i will receive it Won t be ordering from here again

Dukhni Aromafume Lovely products
As far as I can gather Dukhni and Aromafume are the same company I placed large orders with both but one of the items was not received I contacted them but had not heard back over 48 hours later They did reply eventually and resolved the problem which was with a courier Would buy from company again as their products are lovely but suggest that they are careful about which couriers they use

Intriguing and long lasting scents
Navigating the website was easy The information provided for each individual fragranced was very informative I ordered one of variety packs of six Attar perfumes directly from Dukni The confirmation email advised that I could expect delivery within 5 to 7 days I was surprised to receive the package the very next day The quality of packaging was great The attar perfumes themselves are intriguing and long lasting It is hard to decide which is my favorite I will order more from this company and tell friends about my experience

Not only amazing scents great customer service as well
Great customer service my order was delayed for a little bit They helped me choose another scent and i recieved the order in 2 days I was impressed not only with the mesmerising scents but also with how Ayesha customer service handled the situation Thank you very much
