Terrible service avoid at all costs

Terrible service a company that really do not care about the people who live in these blocks They would not return calls and wouldn t respond to complaints They left our building in such a state then palmed it off onto another managing agent If they manage you properties get everything in writing and prepare to be disappointed

FILTHY DISHONEST RATS that will allow the landlord to claim your damage deposit for zero evidence dirty liars rude arrogant ect do not trust imo allows land lord to access property without legal permission or prior notifcation did so to a single woman living on own that should tell you everything you need to know refute all you want you don t even know what you are refuting which just about sums up what clowns you are just with that I You are liars and toxic to renters as far as I m concerned Iam interested to find out who it is you ve also been mistreating g that you ve confused me with Should be fascinating I m sure I particularly love the way you are refusing accountability without even knowing who the tenant is again you are incompetent liars The tenant owes us rent but we don t know which tenant it is I d suggest you don t lie so obviously in front of your customers You allowed the landlord into the flat of a single woman without notice and then proceeded to allow the land lord to claim damage that simply didn t exist you don t even know who the tenant is but we refute you claim pretending to know what you are talking about when you clearly don t Like I said incompetent and sinister imo I d suggest you F off and deal with the issue yourselves I won t help thieves who steal damage deposits from tenants and display complete cowardice when protecting renters rights imo

Unpleasant cold uncaring and just out to make a fast buck Really sloppy about collecting annual standing charge for leasehold strangely Thankfully our house is now sold and we ll never have to deal with them again
