Positive experience Didn t have the boots I wanted but emailed as soon as they came back into stock I bought 2 pairs and returned one and Neel in customer services was extremely prompt to help with the return process

Reassuringly customer focussed response
After the Astonishing ineptitude of the Evri delivery to the wrong name building street and postcode and Evri s failure to tell me they had been given the parcel back insisting they had delivered it to me a huge thank you to Tina for her helpful and considerate response in getting a replacement parcel out to me ASAP As for the Evri Manchester driver we ll that is quite another matter

Great customer service from Louise from Dune London
I had reason to contact Dune London via their chat platform It was not a complaint but a query I had about a product and price I chatted with Louise at around 10 20 12 12 2024 Louise was super helpful and answered all the questions I had Louise is a credit to Dune London and definitely deserves a Christmas bottle of wine or some chocolates for her super customer service

What a credit to the company The internet link was not working for the Channel Islands so she made an exception and took the order over the phone for me on behalf of my daughter who is deaf Not only did she apply my daughter s student discount but as promised refunded the VAT as soon as the boots were shipped So refreshing and unusual to see proper customer service Thanks Tina

Ordered a pair of shoes and they were reduced in price after I bought them but hadn t worn them I contacted the company and Neel who dealt with me refunded the difference so very pleased with the result and service

Charlie in Customer Experience is FANTASTIC even when I returned shoes purchased from another Company to Dune by mistake Charlie emailed me twice regarding my error and did everything possible to enable me to arrange for the shoes to be returned to me Super polite helpful and professional first class Ambassador for Dune I d also correctly returned items to Dune and they processed the return really quickly Great Company to deal with well done Dune top marks

Refunded in time for Xmas
I hadn t received a refund for a pair of shoes returned Tina was very helpful and communicated via the chat system as currently I m laid up with flu Thankfully all was sorted out within the hour and the refund is back with me Thanks Merry Christmas
