Around 12 30 pm this Wednesday December 13 me and my daughter bought for the first time in social deal The woman in the counter was so rude and impolite When I told her sorry I didn t understood what she said when she told me what to doShe rolled her eyes on me We just try to get our menu on the screen by ourselves while she is just sitting there on her phone The whole restaurant is empty No one there except us and she didn t even dare to help us show what to do It took us awhile and when we scanned the code it didn t worked My daughter was just out for breaktime at work and it s consuming her timeShe went to the woman and ask her why it didn t wokred she just replied in a rude way ik zeg toch dat you must scan the code first and blah blah while still sitting on her chair behind the cashier my daughter said you don t have to get mad at me What an impolite woman working there She don t even help us when it s our first time to order from social deal how it works She don t do anything and sit there with her phone Just keep on chewing something and saw her getting drinks also While the floor have water and don t even do clean it Bad experience with dunkin donut spui den haag It supposedly a good day a bonding with my daughter on her lunch break

Used to be better

Used to be better I remember back in the day you could get a good-sized donut for less than a dollar Now they ve gotten rid of combos and the quality of their stuff sucks It tastes like chemicals with every bite

I ordered two ice coffees

I ordered two ice coffees Paid almost 10 for two cups filled with ice cubs some mik and a little bit coffee It tasted watery from the first sip and became worse when the ice cubes started to melt Did not even finish it What about some stronger coffee and some ice cream

Staff can t read 15 minutes not one donut sold

Utrecht store is evidently now hiring people who can t read On June 4 after ordering and paying we waited and watched a man try for 10 minutes to fill one small box with 5 donuts 4 of which were the same kind He had to ask his female colleague who was on the phone to get the first 4 correct He didn t even realize for the first few minutes that he was going to need a box The entire time we were in the store nearly 15 minutes nobody walked out with a single donut When we informed the woman that they could keep our money and eat the donuts the man was still trying to figure out how to work the register the woman was still on the phone We live in Utrecht but our family has officially stopped eating Dunkin Donuts and started a boycott group in Oog in Al

Never again

I really thought there would be any difference between a free cappuccino from the coffeemachine at my work and a 6 95 Dunkin cappuccino Conclusion not at all 2nd Conclusion Dunkin never again moneywaste

Ugly toilets

The mens room looked like dirt and I told that it needed attention The lady said that it was the managers job i she didn t when he would be around They were not so attentional as i m use to because they had small children of their own at the store and they got more attention than the custumers I m done with Dunkin For now at least Just for the record it was on lnternational Drive in Orlando

Absolutely atrocious service

Absolutely atrocious service On holiday in Amsterdam went into a different branch as already had a bad service in another branch in Amsterdam Ordered waited 30 minutes before I had to leave as was going to be late for taxi No receipt given by self service machine asked the lady who was in her own in a very busy shop and got no response as she was so busy didn t have a recipe given to me by machine so had no chance to get a refund as I had to go after waiting 30 minutes Will never go back to ANY Dunkin Donuts again Will be getting onto my credit card company

Visited the Alma retail park Chesterfield Dunking donuts today Easter Sunday 2024 No other customers in Dirty tables lazy rude female serving with very poor customer service skills Didn t explain any offers or pricing resulting in feeling ripped off This rude member of staff couldn t wait to hand over our order so she could get back to leaning against the wall staring into space Will not be returning
