No communication bad customer service
No communication bad customer service skillsI have been corresponding with them through live chat taking up to 30 minutes for an agent to come on I spoken to several agents regarding a redelivery with DHL they assured me the delivery date would be rescheduled for a time that I was home but instead it came at the original day knowing Fewell I was not going to be home the parcel was left outside my front door and unfortunately it went missing they shouldn t have left it outside my front door as it was not safe as clearly instructed do not leave any where

Terrible customer services cheap garbage
Terrible customer services Bought a chair from them after spending hour on cheap looking chair it would not stand straight They sent me wrong length chair legs After spending hours on customer services finally Margaret S from customer services agreed to get the collection setup for a specific date On the date of collection no one came Margaret S and Customee Services is ignoring my emails now No response at all Can t belive a company like this can exist in today s day and age You live and learn don t buy cheap garbage from Dunlem

Pricing wrong
Been 3 times this week to my local store and each time one of the items was higher at till than priced Its not mean much 1 but often 25 more than actual sticker priceLocal person on till said there was an IT issue at haed office

I left a review about order 4034578298 and customer service responded that they would be touch and took my contact details via trustpilot one month on no communication from dunlem and when i canm back to see my review on trustpilot its not here anymore it seems like they manage to delete reviews if they respont on it

No Customer Service support phone lines
No Customer Service support phone lines are closed at 1pm in the day called 6 times this morning trying to figure out where my order is they said wait time is 8 mins it turned into an hour this company is a pathetic sad excuse of a company people working here should be ashamed of themselves

Dunlem Pick Up Services provider HDN Where it goes wrong
CASE No 05487691Order No 4039662091Where does it go wrong 1 Dunlem s delivery pickup contractor HDN2 communication between Dunlem the pickup contractor we bought two desks made of aluminum steel and found they are faulty manufactured Dunlem agreed to accept the return Pickup was arranged for 23 May On 22 May immediately after I received the email I realized I need to update the address as we have moved recently I called Dunlem and followed by email advising them the change in address on 22 May the day before the scheduled pickup To ensure no stone is unturned I updated my Dunlem account with the latest address It turned out the message didnt go through to the contractor as they went back to the old adress it wasted my time waiting at home 2nd pick up attempt was arranged for 25 May as I was told I waited at home for whole day no one turned up no text nor email received in the morning of 26 May i received text saying pick up will be today Having checked the Tracking website I realized they are still going to the old address I called Dunlem immediately that was in the morning They agreed to contact the contractor nothing happened at around 4pm I received call from the driver he confirmed he is going to the old address I asked if he can come to the new address which he declined anther failed attempt On 27 May which is today I contacted Dunlem customer services via livechat the next earliest pick up date will be 31 May This started on 23 May If the next attemp will be successful it will have have taken almost 1 5 weeks to accomplish such simple task How such low level mistakes happened and simple message is not able to pass through there must be something fundemantally wrong in the process

Pathetic Service Especially with Made to Measure Curtains
We had been to Dunelm for Made to Measure Curtains the person visited our house on Friday and took all the measurements as requested We were told that Dunelm store will give us a call with quote in a day or 2 To check if things are fine we went to the store on saturday and spoke to the store Manager Toby who told us that he will call us back with details on Monday Whole Monday Tuesday passed but there was no call so just to confirm again we went to Store the lady over there was supportive as she tried digging out the system for the quote which was not yet generated and there were no measurements email as well She spoke with the her team member and said that Toby will be coming on Thursday and he should call back Now it is next Monday and still there is no call from Toby nor anyone from store to confirm with us Such a negligence and pathetic customer service provided which has resulted into delay in getting the curtains Also they are very understaffed Be ware before you go ahead with Made to Measure specifically with Cambridge Store

We purchased a sofa bed and the sofa
We purchased a sofa bed and the sofa cushions were faulty due to a manufacturing fault Dunelm replaced it with the same sofa bed as they wouldn t allow us to switch it for another one of the same price The second sofa had the same fault with the cushions which was verified by a furniture inspector repair specialist Dunelm could not repair the cushions and would only arrange to collect the sofa and arrange a refund We wanted another Dunelm sofa of the same price but they expected me to buy a new one whilst waiting for a refund Now we are having the faulty sofa collected and waiting for a refund before buying a new one This means my mum 78 is left without a sofa until we receive a refund and can buy another one The sofa bed cost 1399 00 GBP Really poor service

Don t bother
Do yourself a favour and don t buy real plants online from this company They sent me one that looks damaged and one that I wouldn t choose off a shelf But because they don t refund plants they were dismissive and said they couldn t help I wouldn t mind but it cost 42 not cheap Clearly they don t mind sending any old tat since you can t return it Nice one Dunelm I have spent a lot of money with them over the last year

really bad experience
I have placed an order for measure to order blind back in March 2024 with delivery before 24th April Now it s 10th May and there is no sign of blind no information nor no one to contact about it Latest news was that order was despatched on 3rd May but again apart from that there s no information I have requested order cancellation but again no one to reply or even acknowledge the request Bad experience would definitely not come back
