Had recent back surgery and have been sleeping on the floor It s been over a month since I ordered I m told lies about my order all being delivered in the next 48hrs and it s been over a week since then Just moved back tot he country so I don t even have old furniture to sit on If you get an email it ll be full of lies and excuses If they spent as long doing what they re meant to as they do writing long winded sorry emails to still not deliver Then they d prob be better They ve closed the phone lines and don t respond They have 1600 of my money About to drive to Leeds and beat down their door

It appears that Dusk has stolen my money After ordering almost two months ago there is no sign of my order they delivered the first cheaper half within a week but the more expensive second item which was meant to arrive later never did and there is absolutely no way to contact them they don t have a phone number their email address just bounces back and the query form on their website is automated Smells like a scam

Joke of a company Joke of a company I returned my items over 3 weeks ago due to receiving the wrong colour and I m still waiting for my refund The email address hello is full and the phone number just hangs up after an automated message Even the website form promised I would hear back within 5 working days but there s been nothing This is utterly shambolic and completely unprofessional I am absolutely disgusted with your service I will be getting my 60 refund one way or another and I ll be making sure no one I know ever uses your company again This is beyond a joke Sort this out immediately

Terrible customer service
I placed an order and paid 57 99 for a small bedside table on 3rd February 2025 The confirmation email said the item would be delivered in 10 days it has not been delivered I have emailed Dusk and had a response saying they would be in touch in 3 working I ve heard nothing despite emailing them again and asking for a full refund Their phone number is not accepting calls and they don t reply to emails what a shower

Damaged bed on delivery almost nonexistent customer service
When we went to unpack the bed that was delivered yesterday it was badly damaged The delivery guy placed the damaged box side down against the floor so it was not visible to us until we started to unpack earlier today In my view the he should have noticed this damage on delivery and just taken it back it would have been clearly visible to him The phone lines are closed due to demand maybe that says it all and I ve had an email to say I will not receive a response to my issue for at least 5 working days What sort of customer service is this I have had issues with Dusk before and swore never to use them again however was encouraged to try again What a mistake Unbelievably disappointing currently sleeping on the floor

We ordered and paid the company vanished
We ordered and paid for an otoman base for our bed 20 days ago and this company have not contacted us about delivery These are impossible to contact as their phone lines have been down for over a week and emails are also bouncing back We are going to have to cancel as it seems very suspicious and a waste of our precious time
