They abuse your data and violate your privacy by breaking GDPR
ENG I have requested they completely erase my details They have confirmed that they have done this officially- and now they spam me with advertisement So I have now been forced to report them to the European Comission of Data Protection They violate my privacy I could not pay for my product online although I gave my credit card number and all that After this I went to pick up my order at the store where I was not allowed to pay as I will get an invoice- don t worry So after this I went on with my business and now I get a letter of debt collection stating I have not paid for my item and now have to pay 250 - around 25 extra for this THEN I get a letter from Dustin saying I haven t paid my debt which they NEVER sent me an invoice of to begin with I have ALWAYS kept my business clean and will NOT be bullied into paying for the incompetence of their paperwork They don t answer when I call either This is BELOW any standard I am considering reporting this shady behaviour to the police SWE Jag har varit tvungen att anm la dem till Datainspektionen efter att de kr nkt mina r ttigheter och vertr tt GRPR De har bekr ftat officiellt att de raderat ALL min information I verkligheten har det inte gjort det eftersom de nu spammar mig med reklam De ljuger allts om hur de hanterar dina kunduppgifter och d rmed bryter de lagen Jag k pte en vara p f retaget fick inte betala f r den n N r jag plockaded upp den hos Dustin fick jag heller inte betala f r den d Oroa dig inte det kommer en faktura s rru Jaha Men det kom aldrig n gon faktura Ist llet kommer det ett inkssobrev d r jag nu m ste betala 250 - extra f r att de har slarvat med min faktura EFTER inkassobrevet kommer det pl tsligt en p minnelse fr n Dustin om obetald faktura en obetald faktura som jag ALDRIG f tt S dant slarv kan ingen firma med rent mj l i p sen ha Detta kommer att polisanm las om de inte svarar i telefon inom n rmaste tv dagarna De gillar inte n r kunder tar kontakt

First of all please try to work on your webpage it is not even up to the limit it freeze when opening the display image Second most of the time your stock icon says - 40 or something left when place to order say no left are you kidding in a second or min all stocks gone Insane This page needs serious work

Increased the order price afterwards
I made an order with a cost which included the product prices and shipping price However afterwards Dustin has increased the order cost by additional shipping fee on next day when the order was sent

A tricky organisation bad routines
We ordered a product and prepaid for a delivery within 2-3 days Nothing happened and we contacted them and were informed that maybe it would be delivered 19 days later I called them and informed about their very bad service 1 no information about the delayed delivery time2 they did not contact me informing about the delayed delivery time3 the product was paid for at order4 no explanation and nothing to make up for the bad service

This company is an absolute JOKE
This company is an absolute JOKE and 100 SCAM They promise whatever it takes to the customer make a purchase Then after this they don t keep any of their words that they have promised by email or by phone They just keep telling more lies and bad excuses for their actions DO NOT BUY anything from this scam company if you don t want to get scammed If you read other reviews of this company you can clearly see they don t have a clue how to run a company or they just don t care at all I was just another customer to be scammed

Dustin s Support even worse then Elgiganten s
Dustin s customer support might be even worse than Elgiganten s I completely agree with the negative review on Dustin s Russian roulette stock status It s just a random guess Its completely misleading and when confronting Dustin support about this they are of no help at all This is the second time this happened to me with Dustin in the last 10 months My November order is at the time of writing now 4x times delayed and I still don t have an accurate estimation of when to expect the products I paid over 12 000SEK for When confronting Dustin about all this they refuse accountability Also they conveniently call the indicated stock-status an estimation where actually its more of an idealistic desire in order to make sure that the customer-orders keep coming in On top of that the customer support admitted the delays being affected by open back-orders that still need to be filled from previous months A nice catch-22 where they hide behind a problem they cause themselves by showing an inaccurate stock-status that creates these unfilled back-orders As a cherry on the pie Dustin also refuses to send the remainder of the order that has been in stock for over a month now until the delayed item is back in stock In other words this Christmas was not just missing 1 but 4 ordered gifts Thanks Dustin

Terrible routines and buying experiece Situation As a business customer I ordered three products on 26 January A laptop an iPad an iPhone Expected delivery is about one week They are for a new employee starting 14th of February - plenty of time As soon as I ordered delivery dates start changing The update emails are not understandable really all I realize is that something got delayed Worse once two of three products are available they don t ship them even though we are past expected delivery date So I call them the Friday before the new employee starts Where is my IT equipment It s a routine that things only get sent once all products of an order arrived in stock Really If two of three products are there just ship the stuff - it s bad enough I have to wait for the third one that Dustin promised would long be available Especially for business customers - we work with deadlines if that word rings a bell Support was friendly like always in Sweden but useless - surprised I was in such a rush They could ship it to me now arriving on the 15th but it s chosen routine that the customer needs to call to request that incl 30 minute phone queueing So what happened to the missing iPhone The last update said it would be shipped on 28 Feb On 2 March it s still not shipped so I call No delivery date know Delivery dates only get updated if there is a known new date Just incredible I m usually a friend of local businesses But with these practices Amazon will eat you alive alas Oh the only positive thing is that they have a broad choice of products with decent descriptions But given their business procedures it s still only 1 star UPDATE RESPONSE I read Dustin s response I understand your choice of default What I am trying to get across Your choice of default is not customer-friendly - quite the opposite I don t have time for manual processes to reach out and follow up and I don t want to think about an order once I placed it - it s too much work Putting the burden of reaching out on the client in a situation where Dustin doesn t deliver as promised makes your customers just angry It would be a different story if- either there were different delivery dates planned from the beginning - then you can let the customer choose and pay just like Amazon- or if the process of choosing was extremely simple literally a click in an email If it requires a manual email or a phone call you are screwing the customer experience

Poor Product Delivery and Customer Service
I wish there had been the option of no star to rate Dustin Home support I am just surprised how some big companies have partnership with Dustin in terms of supplying office equipment with such a poor delivery service and customer support I have been waiting to get one headset delivered since last 1 month First they accepted the order and then they could not deliver the product due to the issues from their delivery partner Bring Called multiple times requesting to re-deliver but it seems they cannot deliver and then the product is kept by Bring from 2 weeks finally returning back to Dustin I had to reorder the same product once again and the only response from Dustin Support is they have received the order and then just silent Upon enquiring after a week or so regarding the delivery of the product Dustin Support team says the product is not in stock and hence no communication to customer I must say what a pity to get a product from Dustin Home on time
