Excellent customer service They are very helpful and easy to work with I can always get an appointment same day Only downside which is not their fault is that you do have to wait for your rx

Excellent service and price

You are able to see pets by video visit and do prescriptions 5 pets on one policy for no extra charge The price is great I don t have to dive my cats 40 minutes to the vet if they re not feeling well Of course I still have my regular vet for vaccines and things like that but they are often booked a month out so seeing them for a minor emergency is not possible I ve already recommended them to 3 friends and our groomer Good job Dutch

I LOVE DUTCH I don t have tons of time to visit the vets office and with 4 dogs it can be a challenge just scheduling Dutch has been amazing I am able to set up video appointments at times that are convenient for us even evening The vets are amazing and customer service has been top notch I was originally hesitant about using an online service before taking the plunge but now that I have it is the only way to go My best advice is to give it a try for sure Our family values this service so much

Dr Gruenwald has been wonderful to work

Dr Gruenwald has been wonderful to work with We have two dogs one has a perpetual itch and she has helped us control his skin irritation with medication Our other dog has a thyroid disorder and she has filled her thyroid prescription for a year The pharmacy prices are reasonable and ship directly to my home This has been a great expeience

Was able to receive a quick appointment via Zoom the vet had assessed my situation before appointment asked questions and then made prognosis Told what to do and look for Excellent follow up via text message and taking time to answer additional questions or concerns Highly recommend Much less stress on the pet and pet parent as well Excellent option for non-emergency cases

Easy to get an appointment vet was right on the money

Easy to get an appointment vet gave quick helpful and easy to understand advice The medicine is helping and I think he was right about her having separation anxiety which he figured out in about 60 seconds I think she may also have some PTSD but her prescription is helping I m already seeing some big changes

There is nothing more agonizing than having to wait for a vet appointment when your pet is suffering With Dutch we were able to get an appointment immediately Dr Behrends quickly figured out the problem and prescribed Tank the medication he needed This is a complete game changer and I am so grateful

Our experience with Dutch was so fantastic I actually asked them to send me a link so I could write a review Because if you re like me I do a ton of research before subscribing to something and the reviews I read made me nervous I m here to say I m glad I trusted my gut and gave this a try I went with the 35 month subscription The service once I signed up was incredible I got a telemedicine appt within 2 hours of signing up The vet was thorough intelligent and understanding I was able to receive our much needed pet prescription same day with a 5 transfer fee fully disclosed on website so I knew I would pay this transferred same day to a pet med pharmacy I use The vet went above and beyond when I had questions after our call and was responsive over chat within minutes Dutch customer service was responsive over text within minutes of my questions as well I m extremely satisfied and couldn t have asked for a better experience
