The fan is fantastic best I have ever had it is v quiet and really cools me down Also I contacted customer service recently about an issue and they dealt with it quickly and treated me as a valued customer I would definitely recommend the fan and the company

Great items to have in any home

I love my items I have got from this website I have two fans one a Whisper Flex Ultimate Fan White Battery Pack and other is a Whisper Flex Smart Fan White I also have the Bora Smart Dehumidifier and with one of the fans I got the free Tag Ultrasonic Humidifier Black Gen 2 and I can control the fans and dehumidifier on my Smart phone app which is great the Whisper fans are great like the name Whisper cause I can t hear them but definitely feel the breeze from them on a hot day and even in my bedroom at night I say you get what you pay for they look cool and easy to control with the app or remote control I am so happy with them and wished I get them sooner A

Duux Whisper Fan Remote Replacement

I have a Duux Whisper Fan and ended up with a faulty remote I initially contacted the com website instead of the co uk one but they replied super fast to point me to the correct website My reply from the co uk website was from Gabriel in customer services and he was super helpful in sending me out a replacement with no issues I guess you could say I m now a super fan of a super fan company Thank you Gabriel and Duux

Very pleased with the whisper fan

Very pleased with the whisper fan the remote control failed to work after 6 months or so I contacted customer services through the online chat service on the website and problem was solved and a new remote sent out foc without any hassle All working fine again now

I have loved this fan since purchasing

I have loved this fan since purchasing it over a year ago and even though it s slightly pricey I can honestly say it s worth paying the extra for and their customer service apartment in the UK have been fantastic with their help and response to their emails Would highly recommend the product

Excellent Service and Superb Product

I bought the Whisper Flex Smart Fan and am so pleased with it It really is a superb product At first I thought it was quite expensive for a fan but it s been worth every penny It s so quiet you really can have it on all night without disturbing your sleep it s completely invaluable in this hot weather Even on the lowest settings it provides a lovely cooling breeze without having to open windows I had been looking at air conditioners and swamp coolers but this is much better I ordered it direct from Duux s website and the service was excellent I ordered on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Monday

Fantastic products and a brilliant after service The fan is superb quality it works so great in my baby s room as its so quiet Really easy to control from a phone downstairs too Customer service was so helpful in sorting out a replacement charger so swiftly too

Excellent service

Excellent service - our heater was delivered very promptly However it is something we shall use when the weather gets colder and so I am not able to comment on its efficiency as yet
