For transparency there was issue with window when installers went to collect it but was remeded quickly and was kept up to date each stage of the process Staff were all approachable friendly and professional from first contact and was reasonably priced Product quality was good and aftercare was also good as managers called on day of install and few days after to ensure everything was ok Will be recommending and using this company in future

From the start Darren was very informative and never gave the hard sell at all which was nice We were surprised at how quickly everything happened literally a few weeks from the initial meeting to having the windows done Quality of the windows and doors are superb The fitters were here early and didn t stop working at all We had a patio door installed as well and all the excess rubble was cleared away which we never expected The fitters were very friendly professional and were finished mid afternoon We would highly recommend to anyone in fact we will be using them again to have more windows and doors installed on another project Excellent job chaps Thank you

We had seen countless companies and sat through their tedious presentations so when Becca came to see us she was a breath of fresh air No 90 minute presentation just the facts and a quote that was better than everyone else I d read great reviews so decided to go for DX Mark and Becca were both so approachable and kept in contact My whole house was completed in a day Due to an issue with the team s vacuum my house wasn t as tidy as I would ve liked however as soon as I called I was put through to the foreman and was sent a voucher to compensate for the inconvenience A great company with customer values and a cracking team who communicate well Plus a beautiful product

Incredible quality for both labour and materials Before the job I was a little concerned by it being a relatively new company but I would 100 reuse and recommend for future jobs I had made to measure sliding doors made to replace my existing doors They were ready quicker than estimated and fitted very quickly They even got rid of the old doors and rubbish
