GREAT EXPERIENCE of SERVICE
We ve just switched to Dyce and this was my first interaction with the customer service team Firstly there was no long wait and Wayne employee number TP13 was excellent He dealt with both my queries quickly and also gave me a quick tutorial on some elements of the online account

I ve worked with several suppliers in the past and every one up to now has just been looking to get my contract signed up - UNTIL NOW DYCE has been like a breath of fresh air giving me a full understanding of the market with a long-term strategy Megan in particular has been great Megan even called me to discuss my first invoice to make sure I fully understood everything - a fantastic asset to the company

I was really worried about calling as
I have found Dyce Energy to be very responsive and helpful with all requests I work at a consultancy and the past couple of years have seen a decline in service levels across some suppliers but I have always found Dyce to be ready to help They answer the phone and whether they have an answer or not they continually keep us updated on query progress which is important I d like to mention Dan Owen specifically as he always makes sure that queries reach the right place and is always ready to jump onto a call to answer any questions we might have TP15

The chap on chat was very helpful
I was really worried about calling as our charity had received a high estimated bill Wayne was very reassuring and put me at ease straight away accepting our meter reading and readjusting the bill I also didn t have to wait long before my call was answered Many thanks for such good customer service Staff ID TP13

Great customer service
Great customer service from Wayne TP13 at Dyce Energy who was most helpful in resolving an estimated bill issue which was entirely my doing having failed to supply the meter reads in time Happy to recommend Dyce Energy as they are a breath of fresh air when compared to some of the other energy suppliers
