Awful quality sublimation slates

Honestly so mad I have to be writing this As usually I love dye sublimation supplies Om this occasion its put me right off ordering ever again So I ordered a box of 28 sublimation slates The coating was absolutely awful So I emailed and complained I sent photos of what was happening after printing There were holes because of the poor sublimation coating having air bubbles and popping under the heat which left holes There were what appeared to be Greece like marks on them after printing which wouldn t come off I was told to send them back and they would more than likely be a full refund They were finally looked at on Tuesday and I was sent a 48 29 refund out of a 97 80 order So I ve lost out on 49 51 because the quality of the slates were shocking I ve actually lost even more as I ve had to order elsewhere which cost me more money and I now have to redo orders because the first batch I bought was absolutely shocking I returned 15 as i wasnt told i needed to return the printed ones which were faulty the others I attempted to redo customers orders thinking maybe it was something I was doing wrong again they weren t happy with the holes the poor sublimation coating left not to mention the scratches the slates had on them Don t even get me started on 2 of the boxes being damaged looks like they were slashed They arrived back to dye sublimation supplies Friday I tried monday to see what was happening and was told the printer broke so their tech guy had to fix that Finally got a refund for 15 today However 4 10 was missing from the refund Its not about the money but the principle of it I expect the refund to be worked out based on what I as a customer paid Not what you as a company are selling for Great company until you get something faulty Thanks for the absolutely shocking service I ve recieved recently I will not be ordering again which is a shame considering I ve used you guys for 2 years and bought my heat press from here Never again Why should I have to pay postage on products what we re awful quality which had to be sent back Makes no sense to me

Do not order the sublimation ceramics

Do not order the sublimation ceramics ornaments as they are not 100 ceramic and feel like plastic made in China knock offs It wont sublimate properly as other reviews say here The company are aware of this but denied and are lying to customers so they wont give you a full refund I lost money sending them back as they wont refund the postage or admit they are faulty ceramics Dishonest company wont do business with them again

They sent me faulty mugs with spoon

They sent me faulty mugs with spoon spoon didn t fit into the hole in the handle I sent it to customers and needed to replace them Company sent me replacement but damage to my reputation was already made and instead of profit I had losses

List their prices net of VAT

List their prices net of VAT you think you are getting a good price until you go to check out Suddenly everythig is 20 more expensive

Shocking company

Recieved my order of 5 slates packaging absolutely shocking all the boxes are damaged no bubble wrap or protection within the outer box all the inner boxes the slates are in were all damaged squased and look a mess not fit for resale Emailed them they think it s acceptable to be sent out like this and will not help or sort the issue absolutely disgusting I will not recommend them to anyone or ever purchase from them again Please do not BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Luke Woodbridge you should be seriously ashamed of yourself thinking they were adequately packed 5 slates in there own boxes placed into a shocking box and left to move around freely thats why there damaged you claim to of seen a video of my order been packed maybe forward that onto me AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY VERY DILUSIONAL INDEED
