I ordered 2 items from online and
I have ordered 2 items from online and returned it on Nov 30th 2023 at Markville mall I didn t receive any return receipt and was told that I will receive a refund of 221 39 in 10 business days I have asked at the store about the status was told to contact customer care I sent multiple emails and called multiple times NO response at all Really disappointed on the customer service I will never recommend anyone to purchase item in store

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I ordered an item online and immediately realized that the address listed was my old address I contacted Dynamite immediately and they refused to do anything about it On top of that I cannot get a hold of anybody to talk about this issue further

Worse customer service
I ordered like one order of 6 items they were solit in 2 different shipments one of the shipement that has 2 items never arrived and they didnt do anything about it They said the shipping has a photo that was delivered and i asked them for the photo and i never heard from them The worse customer service ever Not to mention how rude one of the customer service was with me

Literally the WORST customer service
Literally the WORST customer service I even tried DMing the Chief Customer Officer because I was so frustrated Here s a synopsis of what happened to me - JANUARY 19 Returned an online purchase in-store at Sherway but was not given a physical receipt and was told it would take 45 mins to go through went back after an hour because I didn t see the credit and was then told it was processed and would go through within a few hours- JANUARY 29 Still didn t have the credit called customer service who confirmed they could see there was an unsuccessful attempt to return from the employee I provided two timestamps I was there for them to verify via security camera and was told I would see the credit within 3-5 business days- FEBRUARY 5 called customer service AGAIN was Told they emailed me last week to get more info but probably went to junk and they need to know exactly what I was wearing provided info and asked to speak to a manager - was told they can t transfer calls and a manager would call me in 1-2 business days - FEBRUARY 8 STILL no resolution or call from a manager I called customer service again still won t transfer me to a manager and told they would call me in 1-2 business days from that day now four days from my original ask and no where closer to getting my money back Also called the store myself to figure out what was going one and they admitted it was their fault but there was nothing else they could do - FEBRUARY 9 After basically calling multiple times a day and wasting so much of my time while also minding my baby I finally saw the credit come through Still haven t received a call from the customer service manager thoughClearly their processes are broken considering I am not the first person this has happened to as seen below They need to figure out a way to 1 Give customers receipts for online purchases returned in store for this reason 2 Transfer customer service calls to managers It s 2024 I m sure there s multiple companies that would be willing to help them implement a system to do this effectively 3 Hire customer service managers who actually call customers back on the timeline provided

If I could give them no stars I would but I had to choose 1 the worst customer service I ve ever experienced They delivered my package to the wrong house when I called the delivery company they told me the tracking number was wring I tried calling Dynamite and requested a call nack because of long wait times still no call back and no package I see why they have a 1 star rating

Returned items but never got a refund
I have made a return which was received on March 6th but I have not received a refund I have been trying to contact someone via email several times with no reply and chat with no luck either the chat ended up saying they were too busy Worst customer service ever be aware they will steal your money they happily accept your return but don t give you the money back

awful customer service
They sent me an empty bag in the mail and then blocked me from contacting them by live chat and blocked me from logging into my account I had to log into a different browser to get in contact with someone and I was told my claim was denied So I lost 100 because of their mistake and they have been neglectful throughout the entire process Pathetic company

recently had a terrible experience
recently had a terrible experience I bought a dress that I didn t like and decided to return it When I went to customer service the girl there who claimed to be the manager was very rude and disrespectful I understand that it was my responsibility to keep the receipt but she had told me she would email it to me which she never did When I went back to return the dress she rudely insisted that she had given me the receipt I felt so terrible and disrespected that I left the dress and my money behind I will never shop there again and would never recommend it to anyone

The way they treat the clients is horrible They once accused my friend of stealing because she left the item she was trying on on a different shelf and they ran after her through the mall after she left They didn t even apologise after My story with this store is pure absurdity Ordered one item and went to the store to pick it up They game me the list of the orders and asked to sign where my name was to indicate that I received my order While I waited for the lady to bring my order I was looking through my social media to kill time After I got bored I locked my screen and the phone made a click sound The person at the desk assumed that I took a picture of the list and confronted me on that I explained the situation She said That s good because we have PERSONAL information here Honestly why do you leave this very important paper like this for everyone to see I don t need to photograph people s names and order numbers What the heck is wrong with them there
