I had an issue regarding being charged for shipping after using a code for free shipping in a recent email from DynaVap They responded back in less than a day After explaining that the free shipping code was not applicable to items on sale they refunded the shipping charge anyway Excellent customer service

What made the experience great is that the company stood by their package insurance and delivery time frame Even though there was a shipment issue I highly recommend you call and make sure your order goes through UPS and not USPS Amber is very nice and respectful at least that I know whenever it comes down to business Also the Dynavap is a great product based on a customer preference and also realize the pros and cons vs battery and non battery products Also ordered the M kit and will be ordering more with all orders coming through UPS only -

Ordered something in the dynavap eu Black Friday sale for 169 Problem is they use UPS for delivery Go look at the reviews for UPS Long story short my package was in bits with half the stuff missing I messaged dynavap yesterday and today they were in touch and are I think putting a claim in against UPS for the missing items They have refunded me for the missing items so I m happy and I have to say once customer service got back to me everything was resolved really quickly so absolutely 5 for customer service They also said I can use a different courier company next time I m ordering from them which is great to know
