Such a positive and refreshing
Such a positive and refreshing experience Had an issue with one of the parts of our vacuum Contacted customer support and they replaced the entire machine with a better model It has been so long since I have had such a positive experience with a company usually they are trying to do the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM to save their bottom line however Dyson have really impressed me Definitely got my loyalty

I managed to snap the pole to my hoover spoke with a lady named Danielle who provided me with excellent customer service I thought they would repair it but they sent me a new hoover out no quibble arrived next day I was extremely impressed
