Had I had a Dyson supersonic hair dryer until I didn t 4 5 years and my 650 00 Dyson hair dryer just quit No warning no lights just done So disappointed I purchased it initially because I liked their focus and belief on environmental and quality Can t say I see where that comes in when a product only lasts 4 5 years So disappointed I loved that hair dryer

Dyson VE - Terrible machine terrible customer service
I purchased the Dyson V8 It has a very short battery life and the mounting unit does not support the weight of the motor Mine fell off the wall and the bin broke After months of painful correspondence with their customer service they agreed give me a refurbished machine given the bin was not available with no foreseeable delivery date Constant repetitive emails and no delivery on machine Will not buy Dyson again and would not recommend

Avoid Dyson at all costs you ll regret it I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect and within less than a year the brush bar attachment for hardwood floors stopped working Despite regularly cleaning out dust and hair from the machine every three months and taking good care of it the vacuum failed in under a year For a premium expensive product this was deeply disappointing The real nightmare started with Dyson s customer service which has been nothing short of abysmal and disgraceful The representatives are inconsistent often providing contradictory information and seem more focused on pushing you off the phone than actually resolving the issue I ve now called Dyson close to 10 times and 90 of their customer service reps have been scummy It s now been 37 days without a vacuum and I m still waiting for a replacement Dyson a supposed premium brand claims they need to inspect my return before sending out a refurbished replacement but they somehow fail to ensure that the replacement remains available while the return of the old machine is processed They lost the tracking number for my return and after much effort on my part to track it down calling Purolator multiple times and begging for it I was told the replacement was out of stock at the particular warehouse I was then offered the replacement from another warehouse from which it was in stock After a week and multiple calls I m told that it s out of stock and that s why it hasn t been shipped yet So we make zero progress over that week I then requested a brand new replacement which was agreed to but after another week it still hasn t been shipped Dyson s policy of not shipping replacements until the old unit is returned significantly slows down the process Combine that with the incompetence across their customer service warehouse teams and other departments and the entire experience has been an absolute nightmare Save yourself the frustration don t buy Dyson

Such a Disappointing Experience
I always thought Dyson was supposed to be the pinnacle of vacuums Boy was I wrong Since the layoffs during covid the company has changed for the absolute worst The customer service is virtually non existent My 3 year old V10 has completely broken down and their automated excuse that just happens to batteries is completely bogus Now trying to order a replacement for close to 1000 you would think delivery shouldn t be an issue 3 weeks later and i get an email saying my order was cancelled No service bad products and total lack of accountability Real shame as Dyson used to be held in high regards not anymore DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the Dyson V10 We have gone through all of this First vacuum stops working within 6 months Numerous calls first to troubleshoot then to try and get a shipping label and Dyson sends us a replacement Amazing we re so happy until the replacement stopped working after 2 uses Call again troubleshoot again told it needs a new motor 240 Still trying to get any kind of resolution but after reading these reviews I won t hold my breath Very disappointed Won t buy again

Vacuum stopped working and Dyson doesn t have parts
My Dyson stick vaccuum head stopped working a year after I bought the machine The rest of the vacuum works fine I contacted Dyson since the machine is under warranty and they said they don t have the part and have no idea when it will be available so the best option for me with only a year left on my warranty is to opt for a refurbished machine I paid over 1500 dollars for this machine a year ago and it still is on warranty I asked if I got the refurbished machine would my warranty then be void it s been crickets ever since IMO they should replace the machine with a new one since it is still on warranty or the newest model not some refurbished one that might have more problems than my current one

Worst customer service I ve ever
Worst customer service I ve ever experienced Dyson claims to be premium but it s all an illusion The vacuum costs a fortune and only works for a few months Dyson is truly a scam selling overpriced and low-quality products The customer service team has been telling me for 3 weeks that I m supposed to receive my replacement product 3 calls and I keep getting the same answer from a bunch of incompetent people who barely speak English Worst brand ever I will never buy Dyson again Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

I returned my defective Dyson and never got the promised replacement
I contacted oDyson to return my new Dyson vacuum that was not working properly I was told to send it back to them by Purolator and they would send me a new one as the part needed was not in stock They sent me the self addressed box to use to do so Nine weeks and 3 very long calls later and I still haven t received the replacement vacuum They talk nice all apologetic but they don t resolve anything
