I bought the frozen 2 bike excellent bike in perfect condition as you would expect Fantastic company to deal with down to earth good communication and efficient at getting the bike out No problems at all would highly recommend I will be going to these for future bikes for sure

really impressed with the company Bought a spiderman tricylce for my sons 3rd birthday on the Tuesday I called striaght after placing the order to explain it was my sons birthday on the Sat and asked if they were able to send the bike out for next day delivery I offered to pay the extra The team refused to accept the extra payment and said it would be unacceptable for my son to be without this spiderman bike on this birthday They paid for courier to deliver next day Fantastic service Thank you

Delivery of trike was first class Had one or two questions re the assembly and Davey from customer service was very helpful polite and responded within minutes Assembly was easy by the way Will definitely use again and recommend the company to family and friends

Great service and consideration for their customers

I recently bought roller boots for my daughter s birthday and they arrived promptly and well within the time expected After discovering a fault with one of the boots the after service care was amazing This led to one little girl being really happy and able to enjoy her birthday gift - thank you very much We will be using your company again in the future definitely

Darren was extremely helpful listened to what I wanted and offered me what they had in stock and sent me links to the different bikes so I could see them immediately We had several email communications and the bike was delivered very quickly Since had some further conversations after delivery to ask a few questions all answered very quickly and professionally

My experience with ebikes direct has been great I bought a new ebike in 2020 unfortunately the wrong bike was delivered but they sorted this out with minimal dramas to me I then had an issue with the battery which was covered under warranty and again they sorted this out with no fuss It took a while because of COVID and parts supply but that s the same with everything and still has effects as I know through my own line of work They were extremely helpful for me recently whilst searching for a part for my bike and went above and beyond to help me Great service thanks guys
