Brilliant service

Brilliant service I ordered my bike back in January but the manufacturer delayed it several times Each time E-bikeshop contacted me to let me know and offered me suitable alternatives but I had my heart set on the Orbea Vibe in red so I waited When it finally arrived it was built and ready to collect the following day and the handover was great The bike was adjusted for me perfectly and I got a full run through of how everything worked before I left When I got home I realised I had knocked a part that held the rear derailleur to the bike knocking the gears out of alignment I called them and they arranged for a technician to look at it the following morning and it was fixed immediately at no cost I ve joined a local cycling club and it s the best experience of cycling I ve ever had

First Class Experience

The company had such a great selection and choice of E Bikes - I was really surprised However beyond that the knowledge and service of the staff were first class - way beyond the normal sales experience Sounds corny - but true

Fantastic service even after years

I bought my Cube e-bike just before lockdown started in March 2020 and have since moved to Yorkshire where it is invaluable in getting up the hills and enabling me to go mountain biking with my husband Recently though my battery stopped working and I reached out to the e-bike shop team in the hope they could give me some tips on how to fix it or solve the problem They were fantastic and I now have a brand new battery for my bike even though I am miles away from there store They were able to assess the battery via photos and video and managed to get me a new one under warranty nearly 2 years after I purchased the bike These guys are great and their service support team superb You can feel safe buying your bike from them in the knowledge you will have good support

Awesome service delivery and a great e-bike

Finally took the plunge and ordered a premium e-bike E-bikeshop co uk was one of the few online retailers that actually had stock in the frame size that I needed I rang for some advice before completing the purchase and I found the staff very helpful Bike was built checked over and dispatched next day Very happing with the purchase and support offered to date even got offered 14days free bike insurance from Bikmo Very happy with purchase and would thoroughly recommend

Returning customer after 8 years

Returning customer after approx 8 years I bought my second Haibike - the Haibike Trekking 9 2021 model using cycle to work scheme and in full knowledge I had to wait over 6 months My emails were always replied to by the patient and helpful staff despite multitudes of emails from me they kept professional throughout and provided valuable advice Some unexpected bumps with extra bits I had ordered by time the bike did arrive but that was quickly resolved I was apprehensive not having Martin as point of contact initially as in the past but business has grown Bike packaged extremely well and all the additional bits and bobs as well as original items also They went out of their way to get the bike to me just before Christmas Eve which is very much appreciated Just did 60 kms on its first day trip today Beautiful bike and brilliant service Cannot fault

I purchased an E bike orbea gain about year ago The service and sales process was excellent their knowledge and expertise guided me to the decision on the bike that I bought and I have had many happy miles riding it I recently had an issue with the rear wheel and again their customer service was excellent They were helpful and resolved my issue very quickly I would thoroughly recommend them 10 10
