Its a lottery do ya feel lucky punk You may never see your parcel again
It seems to be a lottery I have sent with them twice The first time worked ok took a few weeks to go from Adelaide to Gold Coast but give them some leeway for covid I guess The second package was a disaster I sent two tea chests at the same time to the same place but they took 3 weeks to deliver the first one then said they had lost the second one Can you believe it Their processes are crap their customer service is crap their systems and tracking is crap and their parent company Hunter Express is crap also as they are the ones who lost the package I mean it s large 1 cubic metre so a bit hard to misplace Check your pockets bungling incompetent no-hopers We re sorry was all I got out of them - of course I had to chase them even for that

One star is one star too many After months of trying to get an answer from E-go today they told me that missing deliveries need to be notified within 48 days I first contacted them on day nine and was asked to be patient due to a back log caused by COVID I stupidly waited patiently and then contacted again 4 weeks later Numerous emails were exchanged where they continued to ask for my patience due to their depot being shut down Again stupidly I waited Now having pursued them repeatedly and being told they have updated their system today they told me my enquiry is outside their 48 day limit I want it to be very clear that I had ongoing contact with them from 9 days after they sent me the first of two dispatch notifications Never in 35 years of business have I encountered such an unprofessional business

booking 1st daynext day picked up 3rd day same driver come to pick again due to pick alreday just take a photo delivery on Public holiday Australian day send a photo say location closed takes 21day to delivery day this is the service I use this service for a long time today I close the account PLEASE do not try this courier no customer service

If I could give a MINUS Star I would This used to be a good reliable company We used them for many years and found them quick to respond to issues and questions However this all changed over the past few months and I would suggest that you avoid them like the plague I have instructed my sales team not to use them again I have waited two weeks for them to respond to my ticket I have had to resend my freight with another carrier and I am not sure I will ever hear from them regarding my request to cancel and refund Their old email address is no longer monitored so you cannot get hold of anyone Disgusting customer service Avoid at all costs

Better off giving 50 to the local junkie and hoping they do a better job
Booked a time and day for collection Driver arrives after that time and it s closed I get an email to tell me with a link that doesn t work to rebook I email them and get no reply I email them again and get no reply I called Hunter Express which appears to be the same company with a different name They tell me they re not the same company they re different teams Tells me they can t do specific time pick ups can t tell me why it s an option on the booking form tells me a driver is on the way now despite being told the business is closed now Upon telling her to cancel the collection and refund me she can t tell me how long a refund will take because it s a different company I point out that when I emailed e-go I got a confirmation email from Hu tee Express and that she was able to look up my order details but can t answer my questions because they re a different company She hung up Avoid e-go and Hunter Express at all costs The only thing they do quickly and reliably is take your money

one star is too generous for these theiving dogs four months chasing back and forth between ego and Hunter that held My bike in Melbourne tell me there s a dispute the seller never knew there was a dispute gets an email dated a month a earlier to pay a certain amount or they dispose of the product he got the email last week The companies lack of communication and hunters account staff are scum Basically held the bike delivery and tried to get 494 dollars over cms vs metres then the email they sent said that waiver the492 to 200 if paid by a certain date three days to settle yeah sent the email a month after the fact ya pieces of dog poop stick my 90s pro redline 24 signature series up ya backsides scum deliberately held it I have all the emails you sent the seller after four months you sent two demanding then waiver 200 ya bunch of rorting Mongrels f u
