I write in having an in depth experience with this amazing company For the duration that I have come to know this company they care deeply about their customers and try their best against all odds to satisfy the customer Their departments are well organized in order to meet the demands of their client base They have an amazing CEO at the head of E Gas Electricity and an amazing culture Their staff are friendly and helpful especially the Smart Team they are smart for sure with the likes of Amreen - Ashi Harbz Daniel Canice Lauren William Miss Kaur and forgive me for forgetting the other important staff members that make this company deliver smiles faster than you can switch your Electricity ON

I ve phoned a few times for additional support with both my gas and electric and I have funnily enough been put through to the same person a couple of times Everytime I have spoke with him his manners are amazing and is always so happy to help I actually remembered him from how well his manners are He sounds like he s an asset to the company Would like to thank him again for his help and the way he makes me feel comfortable when ringing Great job Carly

Top service and top customer service

I m using E for 5 years now and I only had a problem when it was a national output and 4 days ago when the top up didn t work nation wide for some time They called me this morning and explained offered me a bonus made sure I understood what will happen next and left the door open if I had other queries Top service Top customer service

1st class service and issue resolution

Encountered an issue whilst attempting to top up my smartmeter on March 10th E not only seeked to resolve the issue swiftly but topped up both of my meters with free credit whilst doing so Relatively new convert to the company since July last year but overall I can t fault the service

Had a problem with my Electricity

Had a problem with my Electricity meter not excepting my credits so I rang customer service and spoke to a lovely lady called Liah hope I spelt her name correct who explained what I needed to do Later that day I had a call from Umar asking me if my problem had been resolved or did I need any more help We have been with E quite a few years and each time I have rang them which is only two or three times customer service has been great I couldn t ask for more Well done to E for having such lovely people in their team

I have been having problems topping up

I have been having problems topping up from my app It doesn t recognise my email or phone number it s been going on for almost two weeks still not resolved Anyone else having problems Thanks
