Hello it is more than disappointing that the fifth attempt on your part to have the package filled with VHS cassettes picked up from me by a haulage company you commissioned has failed All pick-up dates were agreed and we were at home But a haulage company never got in touch I wanted to make my parents happy but unfortunately you completely ruined it I have not received any response to my last email to the EachMoment team and you have the nerve to now ask me about my satisfaction without anything having happened I find it completely incomprehensible
