Poor customer service
Poor customer service Would not recommend Booked bonding session for daughter which was supposed to last 30 minutes Instead it lasted 15 minutes with little to no education or interest from the trainer Horse riding Session itself is poorly structured and no one to one feedback or progress check Sessions don t seem to build on previous sessions either

I booked a voucher for the Ealing
I booked a voucher for the Ealing riding school as a gift for my partner s birthday he is an experienced rider and has missing riding and spending time with horses for a long time He booked the first lesson and everything went well Then he booked a second one and was called on the morning of the lesson to be told he couldn t go riding anymore as they only now noticed he was too heavy for riding He declared his weight from the beginning He is a bit muscly but not excessively about 90 95 kg which is not excessive for an average male This said as he already did one lesson and it is the school fault for not noticing good customer service would have been to allow him this ride which was already booked and then let him know for the future that he could not book any more rides Especially has he rode once before and the horse was perfectly fine and he knows how to ride consciously I also find it ironic they claim to care so much for the health of their horses as having been there they look incredibly miserable and non reactive shut in very small enclosures by themselves Surely they are cared for physically so so animals in a zoo I already thought this was one of the saddest places I ever saw now my opinion hasn t improved I think some of it may have to do with the fact that my partner was the only black person there and when I visited with him he was gawked at for the all time

Bad ridding school
Bad ridding school small and cramped overworked horses and poor quality of teaching If you pay a large deposit good luck trying to get a refund as you will never see your money back

Ealing Riding School escaping the urban grind
I ve been having private lessons here for over 18 months and feel fortunate to have found such a haven from the outside world The yard itself and its impressive variety of mounts from Shetlands up to patient heavy horses is highly organised clean and full of activity It s a difficult site to manage and it s a pleasure to see how carefully the staff especially Kelly and Gemma ensure high welfare lots of meaningful contact and enrichment and excellent veterinary care for all the residents The staff go to great pains to get you onto the right mount and I ve learned to put my trust in their judgment Regular attendance enables them to assess you properly and to build up a picture of your strengths and weaknesses There is an academy for more advanced riders and the horses love going out for cross-country and show-jumping events and for their annual holidays at grass The school has some outstanding coaches special thanks go to Suzy for an uncanny ability to predict what you need to progress and to read your body language and mood in a few seconds incorporating sensitivity and nuance into every lesson Chloe s passion and energy could inspire anyone and I ve often seen her giving a group of small beginners literally the best experience of their lives Horse-riding is a risk sport and handling horses in a busy yard requires huge focus and concentration The staff put safety and horse welfare first and this sets an example for the riders It s a serious business and I have nothing but respect for their precision and professionalism
