I bought a necklace while in London When wearing it for the fourth time it broke I tried e-mailing them and sent a message through instagram They never responded not even with a confirmation of receiving my message For a 45 necklace I think the quality is very poor The service as well

Ordered a necklace almost two weeks ago as a birthday gift on 2-3 day delivery It has not arrived and tracking still says it s being processed I ve had no reply to 3 emails and messages on social media platforms One phone number I ve found doesn t work Terrible service So frustrating

Had to get a refund as it didn t show up
I placed an order and was under the impression it would take 2-3 working days as that is what the website said 5 days had passed and I did not receive my delivery so I emailed where I received no response I emailed 4 more times over the course of the next week where I was informed I would be contacted within 1-2 working days I was not contacted Eventually 3 weeks after I placed my order I received a response from e and e saying they could not locate my parcel and would be issuing me a refund I m thankful for the refund however just an update on the situation would have been much more helpful throughout However I m still very upset I did not receive this gift

Purchased a beautiful sterling silver ring with 3 opals One fell out within 6 hrs of purchase I flew home the next day and contacted customer service They said they only offer exchanges in store I live across the world Disappointing customer service and poor quality jewellery

Poor quality jewellery and non-existent customer service do not waste your money I have had several pieces break and when contacting customer service either do not get a response or get told there is only a 30 days exchange refund policy Waste of money

Absolutely shockingly awful and embarrassing company
Absolutely shocking company Sell rubbish inferior grade jewellery and don t respond to customers Purchased a ring from Covent Garden broke within two hours Contacted through Instagram replied that I could only return to London branch in person Wrote a negative review on their account so their response was to remove the review and block me Will go through Citizens Advice to get my refund Their customer pledge is a deluded fictional joke AVOID at all cost

I have never had a worse experience at a jewelry company I had purchased a pair of earrings in store Barcelona and decided to put them on in the store before leaving The pair I tried on were broken and I didn t want a different one than those They only THEN informed me at that time after purchase that there is only exchanges and no refunds even for a broken pair of earrings That was the first red flag seeing how the customer has the right to know their policy up front Next I had also bought an initial necklace for 25 and it broke right at the link the DAY AFTER as I had already traveled to Rome I emailed the company and they responded saying I can only refund in store at the same branch whereas I had already informed them I live in America and was only visiting I spent 40 on 2 items that broke WITHIN 2 DAYS of purchasing one that was already broken in store DO NOT shop here unless you want cheap jewelry sold expensively you will absolutely not get a refund no matter the situation Extremely dissatisfied one again
