This internet is horrible and the customer services is atrocious I cancelled my services 1 week after I received the internet and they still charged my card for the next month It was so bad that I just went back to my old provider which I am extremely grateful for it is going to be the first and last time I leave Xfinity because of false promises another company makes Earthlink should be called No link because that s what you get no service

Service itself is poor
Service itself is poor We ve been with this company for less than a year and had technicians attempt to fix connection issues several times until we had enough and switched to a more reliable company Although they reluctantly provided a small refund for a portion of the time we were without service they continued to bill us because of the contract terms even though we HAD NO SERVICE Would not recommend this provider

If I could give zero stars I absolutely
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would DO NOT USE EARTHLINK I paid for a month and moved into our house yesterday and we have already used all the data for the month in just two days I canceled immediately and went with a service that has unlimited data for a cheaper price TOTAL SCAM They told me if I don t send the wireless box back within 3 days they will charge me another 200 I m sending it today and I am paying for a signature so I know exactly when they get it

This is the 4th time I ve had to call
This is the 4th time I ve had to call regarding cancellation of service This time exactly one year to the day after the account was actually finally closed as shown in THEIR system a pending payment shows up on my bank account The issue has been escalated to executive relations with a callback due to me for Monday Beware that this company will try to get payment on a closed account that shows as closed for a year in their records If this happens again I ll turn it over to my lawyer I m sick of dealing with this The representatives have been very professional and helpful which is why the star The company seems to be very poorly managed

Just go with the big company s and save yourself the headaches
High prices for small amounts of data and once you hit your data limit your internet immediately cuts out but the best part is you can buy extra from the app But any data you buy will only increase the amount of a data you supposedly used and you ll still get no internet Streaming gaming and working from home will fly through your data so you ll spend 3 weeks out of the month with no wifi Canceling was easy enough but if you fail to mail them back their plastic router they ll charge you 200 Customer service was friendly but save yourself the headache and just get xfinity or att so you don t have to deal with all this garbage

EarthLink scam alert I tried to cancel my decades old junk mail infested EarthLink account and they took my personal information to push a gift card membership program on me Weirdest cancelation ever Not even sure if they canceled my account They were rude and deceptive The cancelation process was so awkward They kept taking my personal information and moving me to other depts just to cancel my account At some point it wasn t even EarthLink - they were pretending it was a cancelation but the person was from a 3rd party rewards company Seriously very unethical and invasive Super shady company

Had EarthLink 2 days after moving states It has been a terrible two days It is just me living here I only got it to solely stream movies etc The internet is so horrible the app hardly ever wants to open When it does the movie quality looks like it was filmed from a rock If Im watching a movie I better not connect my phone to wifi Absolutely terrible service You d be better off driving to your local Burger King than using this company -5 out of 5 stars if possible

I am a 25 year Earthlink customer Recent password reset which they said you might have been hacked Vague inconsistent advice and failure to fulfill my repeated requests to have Earthlink Security contact me When I told the help that I would have to terminate my service after 25 years they said sorry for your inconvenience Addt ly download speeds uniformly much slower than I was paying for Overall very shabby service for the high monthly rates paid
