Good customer service on the phone and great delivery driver Panels are great quality I originally ordered from one of their competitors who are sure and green And just before they delivered they sent me an email saying I needed to have a forklift or team of people to unload their lorry Fought to cancel that order And placed with East Coast No such issues with them

Not cheap but very good quality delivery was onetime But only one man delivered these very heavy posts and panels I did help him take the posts and panels off the truck and I m 74 years of age Im certain there is a law about lifting heavy objects in the workplace I understand the need to keep costs down but not at the expense of a man s health In October of 2023 I had 9 panels and 9 gravel boards and 9 posts And once again only the delivery driver was there to off load so i helped him this company really needs to assess this situation Because the product is so good I d be willing to pay a little more for delivery
