They did not uphold to their own Standard Services

They did not uphold to the contract and deliver to their Standard Service In the beginning they were very polite and professional Very responsive and quick Once I signed the contract and they had their payment they completely changed The move specialist hung up the phone on me when I was asking questions about the delivery and was very rude They may need to check on their employees because they don t seem like they are doing okay if that is how they are speaking with a customer When the movers arrived to deliver they would not move our items to where we wanted them and said they would only leave them in the garage They wouldn t even unpack the items listed in their standard services and remove the packing material Complete scam or spiteful employee that directed the field team not to provide the service in the contract They already had my money so what do they care DO NOT RECOMMEND and they should be investigated

Top Notch Movers

This was my first time doing any sort of move out of state with a fully furnished apartment The destination was Philadelphia First thoughts were this going to be much worse than any move locally Turns out I was wrong very wrong A co-worker recommended I use this place and it was such an easy move I had all these ideas on how things were going to get lost or damaged there was going to be fine print but there wasn t any of that It was smooth from door to door and the whole staff was friendly

Service here was top notch We had a 4 man team that was very friendly and really put their backs into it Our family has a lot of large items that have thrown off movers in the past but the crew here packed and moved everything things like champs We have a 12 ft bookshelf and large vintage couch that we were assuming would be a huge issue moving but they were able to wrap it and get it on the truck without a problem This move turned out to be much less of a hassle than I had in my mind Nothing turned up broken scratched or missing Best decision ever Everything got into our new home safely and the movers even helped us arrange furniture

Great group of movers

East Coast West Coast handled our move in a unique way They don t have those typical sales shark rates that work against customers Those hourly by gas mileage etc sort of rates I was quoted a price based on how much I was moving and where I was moving to Not by the hour I was also not charged for getting a quote You d be surprised at how many places want you to pay for their time before you start doing business with them They had a great method to the moving madness which made things much more efficient Everything was simplified so not only could I understand the terms it made more sense I look at this place as a company that does their best to make sure any stress you have when starting your move doesn t continue

They made things all around easier

It was hard to find a company we could really trust in for our long distance move Finding a local mover that s credible is easy Finding one that you know can for sure handle a move 5 states away is hard We spent some time researching asking friends calling and comparing In the end we chose these movers for a few reasons The first was they had great reviews on google Not just 3 or 4 they had dozens Next was their customer service Moving companies in my personal opinion tend to be short winded and speak with a very direct tone When I called up this business they were very down to earth and took time explaining all the details of the move They told me how they factor the price and their estimation on arrival time for the location we were moving They took 20 mins of their time and really broke it down to me before I even considered spending a dollar That made me feel much more comfortable using their service

The idea of moving out of state felt nerve wrecking before we even started I was very concerned about being able to afford the move and thoughts of everything that could wrong kept running through my head Working with East Coast West Coast really helped ease my mind They customized a price that worked for me There were so many details to worry about but they handled all logistics so I was left with nothing on my plate besides being there at the other end to let them into our new home Payment was upfront which was the only time I felt a little uncomfortable in the move Doing some research I later learned that paying in the beginning is normal for moving a great distance I also was comforted by all their good reviews but you never can be 100 sure until you really try a service I stayed hopeful and gave them a shot They really came through for us from beginning to the move in day

I wish I had as much energy as this whole team During our move they were focused on cleanliness covid masks and gloves and were very detailed Both packing unpacking and organizing was handled by them Zero damage at all Boxes were neatly packed and cushioned with packing materials From what I saw all the movers were well trained moving fast with some items and gentle with fragile ones Labeling they did it all I got to be friends with one of the movers he told me he s been working with them for a few years now It was a good feeling knowing everything I own was in the hands of a quality company Instead of one trying to make a quick extra buck like the rest of them East Coast West Coast gets my full recommendation and I honestly don t think I ve ever once said that about a moving company

I shipped my car 2019 Chevy Malibu from Chicago to Florida I couldn t have picked a better company They assigned for my vehicle be picked up through a company called Mega Load My vehicle was picked up on August 27th 2021 from Chicago and delivered on September 1st 2021 to Florida which was super fast My overall experience was amazing I received my car with no damage and I ll definitely recommend this company to my family and friends Thank you guys so very much for making my moving to Florida stress-free Keep up the good work P S I love the line of communication every step of the way they made sure they sent me and my fianc a text about my vehicle so thanks again

Great Service Honest Pricing

We recently used ECWCE for a move to a new loft apartment for a new job We moved out of Chicago and into San Diego and they handle just about everything I reached out via email late one night and got contacted the very next morning We circled back after comparing some other options Although they don t typically price match we were told they were willing to beat out one competitor that we were considering This was the first time my spouse and I had moved out of state together It felt stressful in the beginning because we just didn t know what to expect from these movers or if there were hidden fees After meeting them in person and getting updated while things were on the way we really started to realize that they knew what they were doing It s only natural to have some doubts when first using a company We have zero doubts anymore This business is excellent and I don t say that often about services
