172 to replace a 10 bolt Lmao It s ok though - after missing the issue in the previous health check and thus allowing my car to have a years worth of potential damage they offered a whopping discount down to 141 Think ill take go to my local BMW specialist and save myself 100 instead

Terrible after sales service
Terrible after sales service Do not buy a used car from this garage I bought a used car that apparently had a full bmw check It has been back into the garage 3 times with 3 different faults in the 2 months that I ve owned the car I m constantly having to chase up for information as you are left waiting days on a phone call that you were told would be returned within 15 minutes and emails are blatantly ignored I haven t been offered any form of compensation for the issues faced so far

Of all the bmw garages in all the world these are the worst I am unfortunate to have Eastern as my local garage They are awful They are the epitome of the stereotype of a BMW garage The latest experience was an expensive repair to an already very expensive car which was only a year old when the washers stopped working they told us we had used the wrong type of water only BMW water can be used and as such I had to forks out to have it fixed and returned Classic Eastern I really should have known before my visit it was certainly my failing

Never again If this was my first experience with a BMW dealer I d rather ride a bike Arrogant can t be trusted I was lied to by the sales manager They don t keep their word cannot be trusted

Avoid - terrible customer service
Unfortunately I ve been burnt by this garage a combination of failings on an ex-demo M5 the GSM s car that was sold to me at distance with issues that they have refused to resolve or help with Car had wheel judder that I had to sort out it transpired that three alloys had been badly refurbished and started corroding when the car was a year old After 18 months all alloys were in bad shape and Eastern refused to help or contribute to the cost of a proper wheel refurbishment job The car had software issues that flagged several warnings to BMW including coolant engine failure I had to get these looked at and ECU reset at my local dealer which is fine but Eastern were absolutely not interested when I called and washed their hands of anything telling me it was normal Customer service non-existent for me and backed up by other reviews AVOID

Disgraceful customer service
The service i received has been a disgrace Continual delays in dealing with a simple request emails not responded to unnecessary trips into the showroom and general wasting of my time There is no complaints department to contact and even when using their online form to try and make a complaint this is ignored I would have expected better from a BMW dealer clearly adequate training of staff is a big issue and they need a process to allow concerns to be escalated

Poor Customer Service
For the first time ever I managed to get a reasonable deal from Eastern BMW Unfortunately due to extraordinary circumstances ie moving to the USA for 10 months I had to cancel the order knowing that I would probably lose my 1000 deposit Waited and waited for confirmation of receipt of cancellation Acknowledged once I went onto their website and sent an email that way Then told by the salesman Daniel Runciman it would have to be signed off by the Head of Business I guess this is Ms Steel still waiting 10 days later Having worked in the Motor Industry at a Senior Level I am appalled by their lack of consumer duty they probably haven t heard of this yet but will know about TCF Treating Customers Fairly I m sure that I m not the first ever customer that has had to cancel an order but they can be assured that they will never get any more business from me or anyone else that I know who has or is considering a BMW go to Peter Vardy Edinburgh

Upped the price 2k
Spend several hours going back and forth about a car Agreed what was included when it would be ready what would be done to it etc Was all set and ready to pay the deposit and the sales manager decided to add another 2k to the asking price - blaming somebody else for an admin error Either totally incompetent or dishonest - or both A complete and utter waste of time and effort and a horrible example of poor management I hate buying cars for this very reason I dread to think how they behave once you ve actually bought something from them I ll never deal with this company again not matter what car they may have
