First class from start to finish

We bought a nearly new car from Mercedes Benz of Edinburgh last month and the entire experience was excellent We have been stung a couple of times in the recent past by car dealerships and have become wary when dealing with them We were dealt with from start to finish by Graham who took all time required to ensure we had the deal that suited us There was no hard sell and it was obvious that he had a full understanding of the brand and all steps to make the buying process easier for the customer Graham took on tasks which I would normally expect to have to carry out such as dealing with settlement figures changing of private number plates etc in fact I felt as if I literally sat back and everything was done around me After sales service continued to be first class and any contact I made was responded to and dealt with promptly unlike most other garages I have used whereby once the money has changed hands any service stops In fact Graham actually reminded me of a offer he had made at the start of the process which I had forgotten about and which if I had did on my own would have cost me more expense Graham took care of it at no cost to me Overall I would not hesitate in using this dealership again

Mercedes Benz Newbridge are the worst

Mercedes Benz Newbridge are the worst dealership I have come across for repair s Took my car in for repair with a break problem And came back with damage driveshaft seal and some other parts not put back on Long story short not very help service manager And very unhelpful staff

How do you actually buy a car here

How do you actually buy a car here I went in three months ago and told a salesman what I was after and that I planned to buy in April I even confirmed my details by email the following day i have seen multiple examples of the Mercedes model I was after on their website since yet no call Went in last week to look at one and couldn t get anyone s attention Bought a cracking one that day less than 3 miles away Not the first time I have not been called back when going to Eastern group

Western Toyota - Terrible Customer Service

This was my first experience with Toyota The showroom is kept squeaky clean and the Toyota Prius is very good However customer service is terrible Everything was fine until there was a problem then they ignore you and don t respond to any of your emails I can t recommend Western Toyota because of their customer service

Firstly i wanted a Mercedes GLC and

Firstly i wanted a Mercedes GLC and Easternwestern was the closest so i went there - the salesman was awful - wearing jeans and old t shirt and turning up in my wife s mini obviously wasn t their type of client Secondly my new pup chewed through wires and the passenger seat wouldn t work - asked for a quote to be repaired They quoted just under 500 got it done elsewhere for 120 Thirdly managed to wrap my new GLC round a bollard which was totally my fault My insurance company wanted to use Easternwestern s - it took 10 days to get even a quote and thats because i kept ringing I actually feel sorry for the staff as they actually seem very nice just hugely under resourced Anyway they said 10 days to the work and we are way past this time now Fourthly my advice would be to avoid them at any cost - or it will cost you you

Repaired the pick up without being asked to so they could charge the rental company extra money I called Mercedes to fix back tail

I called Mercedes to fix back tail lights and break light They sent EasternWestern to fix the lights Their fitter changed my mirror indicator wich I didn t ask for to be changed as I had the parts in the pick up and was going to fix myself later that day I called the fitter and told him that I didn t want the mirror indicator fixed and to take it back His reply was don t worry Enterprise the rental company will pay for it Well Enterprise are going to charge me for it So basically they done extra work wich I didn t ask for so they could charge the hire company At the end of the day I will be charged by the hire company They basically robbed me of a few hundred quid when I had the parts in the pick up to fix myself Daylight robbery and very cheeky

Stay well clear

Would never touch this bunch of unscrupulous so called Mercedes service agents They take your car and won t give you it back as they say there is something wrong with it They promise work will be done then say the parts are still on order They don t return calls or even apologise
