I thought as I was buying from a reputable company Iwill get my refund if needed Not true I have tried to contact Eastpak customer service multiple times and have had no response I am going to take this up with the ombudsman

Worst customer experience I have ever had

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had I don t tend to bother with reviews but this was so bad at every turn that it needs to be said I ordered from Eastpak in early December and just before Christmas I was told that it was delivered when it hadn t I went to the website only to find that the whole site was down due to maintenance It was down for the whole week before Christmas This was the first red flag I tried the phone number in my confirmation email only to be told that phone lines were closed Again this was before Christmas and it was during office hours I tried the phone multiple times on multiple days and still only got the same message I contacted twitter instagram and nobody was giving me any answers Finally after Christmas the website was back up and I was able to message someone I then waited for a week only to be told that I was to check in my surrounding areas for the parcel After numerous replies someone finally got back and then said that my bag had been returned and they would issue me a refund However the refund would take up to 18 days to show in my account Incredulous as I was I waited 18 days and no refund As I paid through Klarna I blocked further instalment payments and then had to give them further evidence that Eastpak were the ones being difficult Now only this week 27 Jan 2024 was a refund issued to my account Do not order from this company ever They are beyond terrible if there is an issue with your order and there is a high guarantee that there probably will be

They end live chats at anytime

Not surprised by all these negative comments Was told my bag would arrive 3-5 working days and now working day 4 and no sign of it other than stuck in some European warehouse Customer service also like to suddenly end the live chat when they can t respond to you and happened twice Absolute joke

I bought a blue holdall made by Eastpak a few years ago I found that it was blue thanks to having been painted blue Every time I use it the bag s contents end up covered in tiny blue paint fragments Impossible to get any redress

Never Again

Never Again The wheels of my EASTPAK trolley broke down after few months I requested the warranty assistance which was terrible They did not accept to send me back a new set of wheels but pretended I shipped back to another country my big trolley at my expenses This is insane from a customer service and environmental perspective I bought a couple of new non original wheels and fixed by myself They also refused to sell me a new set of wheels So don t trust this company

WORST WORK PLACE EVER WOKR FOR 2024 ENDED VERY UPBRUPTLY AND MISSSED COMUNIONCATIONS WAS TOLD 6-10 DAYS OF WORK LEFT 2 HOURS LATER US KIWIS WERE FIRED ANDY BEN AND LICHELLE ARE THE WORST TEAM LEADERS OPERATORS THEY WERE VERY MEAN TO ME BAD LANGAUGE DIDNT WANT ME THERE AND BULLIED ME FOR HAVING ADHA AND MENTAL HEALTHH ISSUES

Their rating is bad for a reason Their bags are good quality but the service is atrocious I ordered a bag that was supposed to come with a hydration pack The bag arrived but no pack Was told to return and reorder The second bag also came without the pack They said error on the website will update Well why couldn t you check after I first contacted you Asked if I can buy the pack separately No they don t sell such packs It s been months and the website still advertises the bag as coming with a hydration pack They totally don t care about their customers experience

Impossible to get replacement parts

I have a bag that is fine except it needs replacement wheels - very easy user fix but impossible to get and eastpak expect you to send to them
