Terrible customer service
Hard pushed to give one star Ordered a double fridge for our bar Received email saying delivery would be Friday but no show although later email said it had been delivered However no customer service support from Easy Equipment until Monday morning with a most unhelpful tone and attitude and a very flippant email considering I d taken Friday off work without pay to be present for delivery as required and a very stressful weekend wondering where the fridge had been delivered Terrible customer service and after sales service Would not recommend

Awful - worthless warranties
Awful They have in their small print section 5 2 3 A back to base warranty where the warranty on certain goods requires the item to be delivered to workshops for repair the arrangement and cost of which is the responsibility of the Customer Note they don t list items and it says certain goods so then when an item goes wrong they can then pick any item that they are selling apply this clause and make you pay for postage to return before they ll fix it under warranty Basically making the warranty useless as it will cost more to return it than get it fixed elsewhere Awful company who hides behind loose terms

Read Terms and Conditions CarefullyI ordered this item last week we are a very busy and very large school They delivered the item at the end of the day busiest time it was signed for but unfortunately not checked When checking the item the following day it was full with scratches as it packed very poorly and had a broken leg I called the company to exchange it for another one that wasn t broken and they will not exchange due to the terms and conditions stating DO NOT SIGN FOR IF DAMAGED MUST BE CHECKED or something like that Ridiculous company would not recommend to use

Don t even deserve a 1 star
Don t even deserve a 1 star - ordered shelving it was delivered bent rusty and badly damaged as hadn t been packed properly Photos were taken by the delivery driver as proof The firm don t want to know refusing a refund am now having to go through credit card company to get my money back

Reading multiple other reviews on the internet this company is almost a scam They sell the cheapest most awful equipment with a warranty then when it breaks after a few weeks they offer you half the money back or less Do not be fooled by cheap prices The equipment is the WORST We purchased a KING GST saladette for 1200 Broke after 4 months Engineer came and said the whole compressor system needed to be replaced so its not even worth fixing it Instead of giving us a new unit theyre offering 450 Ridiculous AVOID

Appalling customer service
I have never experienced such appalling customer service This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and does not care about customers one bit A commercial faulty dishwasher was delivered to my children s day nursery business on 23 10 24 It was faulty on arrival and instead of changing it EasyEquipment sent an engineer out who could not fix it I asked for it be replaced with a brand new one and it was only 25 11 24 that a replacement arrived I have had to fit a second machine now at my own expense which I find beyond belief I explained to EasyEquipment the impact this was having on staff moral and my nursery staff had to wash dishes by hand for 5 weeks 2 staff left the business Despite asking multiple times for their complaints procedure they could not produce one I will be taking legal action and urge customers NOT to use this company They just do not care about customers

Avoid at all costs
4 months after purchasing a Norfrost upright deep freeze from this company it began icing up very badlyTheir customer service is absolutely shocking not interested in resolving this issue and even when the fire service had to be contacted due to noxious gas filling my store room from this appliance they assured me it was not their problem as it was longer under warrantyI had to go via my credit card company and even then Easy Equipment refused to refund Eventually got my money back through a claim via the consumer credit act 8 months laterI am unable to give zero stars but that is actually what they deserve
