SCAM - useless conciergerie services

BE CAREFUL I was unknowingly signed up for this conciergerie service in my hometown in France I wanted to reserve a table at a local restaurant I entered my bank card number for a 0 01euros Thinking this was the reservation platform for the reservation The reservation was confirmed later in the day by the restaurant themselves The Easy-rsv system must have made a request on my behalf It is a total scam and Easy Rsv is not affiliated to the restaurant I was later charged 49euros for their services I called the number on the emails sent to me and managed to unsubscribe for their services and get a reimbursement for the 49 euros I should see the credit in my account in 5-10 days This company hijacks your google search and pretends to be the restaurant taxi hotel reservation service BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM

Will Charge Your Card Without Letting You Know

I just received notification from my credit card company that I have been charged by this service not having received any details that this would be the case I should have the reviews prior to using the service Be cautious engaging with this company

I can only confirm the previous reviewers The restaurant where I wanted to make a reservation via Easy-RSv has no contact with the company at all The restaurant only accepts reservations in person or by telephone There was no mention of fees in the SMS the confirmation email only mentioned a three-day test phase Since I have never used any additional services there is no basis for a charge of more than 49 euros on my credit card Too bad I fell for it

Hidden subscription service

Hidden subscription service they will make you pay 1cent to make an online reservation for a restaurant which will then transform into a 50 euro monthly subscription of course when you are making a reservation on your phone you don t read the terms of services for what seems to be a simple transaction fee It took me 2 months to discover the subscription and I can only be reimbursed half of this - knowing that the only reservation I ever tried processing with them was unsuccessful they called me to say the reservation wasn t responding which led me to make reservations elsewhere and then the initial restaurant called me 3 times that night to ask me where I was the reservation had indeed been confirmed A real mess

Absolute scam

Absolute scam Tells you to pay 1 cent and doesn t tell you it s a subscription service Even acts for restaurants that don t do reservations that s how you know it s a scam Fraudulent should be embarrassed anyone who works there or made it

No trust at all

Tried to make a reservation and gave them my credit card details dummy I was they took 1 cent the reservation failed hope this is not a fake company will record to the police and my bank when I am home

Scam As with many of the reviews I to thought I was making a reservation for a restaurant I was in France so all the info was in French On using the restaurant s website I somehow got diverted to Easy RSV I was asked to set up account and pay 0 0 I believed I was paying a deposit for the restaurant not taking out a subscription They have been charging my credit card 49 per month ever since Do not touch these robbers with a barge pole It is a complete rip off Not even sure a booking was ever made by them as when we got to the restaurant there was no booking
