You get what you pay for
Honestly you get what you pay for If you want a car with zero aftercare then these are your guys It all started well as it usually does with any sale but I believe the true test of any company and its ethics is its aftercare We were met by Sam and told to view the car we were looking at and then come and find him to arrange a test drive We did this and all was fine a relatively simple transaction admittedly made longer due to the obligatory salesman extras and the third time being told there would be an additional 150 added which was labelled as sanitising don t ask When we returned with the car from the test drive we explained there were a couple of issues the main being the ski pass catch on the back seat was broken meaning it couldn t be closed and would not stay up Not an issue we were assured we will get that part ordered and then you can bring the car back in and we will fix it Perfect deposit paid We were given the details of where to send the remaining balance and were diligently contacted almost daily by Sam to confirm the sale and that we had sent the money over during the weekend Once the money had been received total radio silence No worries so we arranged to collect the car with another team member When we collected the car we reminded them about the part ordered and that we were assured by Sam we would be contacted as soon as it arrived then we just come in and they would fit it and away we go Several weeks passed and we contacted Sam to inquire where we were with the part but nothing no reply nothing So we contacted him again and finally got one to say it wasn t in Several more weeks passed and we were still getting no response from calls or messages from Sam So we decided to try another of the sales team and got Ethan To be fair to Ethan he tried his best and despite his promises to contact us back he had obviously received the same training as Sam and we were left without contact for another week We called again and Ethan assured us he had passed it over to service but nothing had happened He asked us to hold and lo and behold a sheepish Sam came to the phone no apology but he did manage to call me mate a total of 17 times during the call quite an achievement Now I enjoy familiarity as much as the next person but also prefer to take confidence in professionalism which is really lacking here Despite Sam saying how easy the rectification would be the process of getting to this point would be the easy part I was then told during our matey conversation the part had been in for a while and we would need to bring the car up between Tues and Thurs as that is the only time the service department works I explained that I along with 80 of the population work and wasn t told this when we had the conversation and was responded with well that s all we can do nice So in the spirit of getting this resolved we suggested they send it to us and we would get someone to fit it here at no cost to them as we are over an hour away This was agreed and we were relieved this had finally been sorted vowing that if this was how the aftercare was we wouldn t purchase the second car or use them again Fast forward 10 days and a well-packaged parcel finally arrived Which would have been great except they had sent us an armrest not even close to the part that was broken so here we are 3 months after the car sale and no further forward and not a care to resolve it A car for most families is a large outlay and we were fortunate that the item we needed to be repaired was relatively superficial but imagine if it wasn t and this was the response you were greeted with Make your own careful decision as to whether you use this company or not but if you do and you get approached by a salesman named Sam run just run There are too many other firms out there happy to take your money and provide the service they repute to bring sadly it is not here

Exploitative and dodgy
Exploitative dishonest and shady Save yourself the headache and avoid this place Specifics below I paid a 500 deposit and booked an appointment I had assumed booking would give ample time to prepare but when I arrived the salesman Kush had a lot of trouble answering my questions He would disappear for long periods of time when I asked things like can I see the service history and why is this car being sold Despite my misgivings a satisfactory logbook was eventually found and it performed on the test drive so I decided to purchase it The car had not yet been cleaned yet but I was assured by Kush that it would undergo a thorough cleaning before purchase I signed the contract and wastold that the car would be ready to pick up in two weeks During this conversation Kush informed me that I would also receive a free 255 cleaning and sanitization I asked whether this would involve 255 off the purchase price of the car and he said that it wouldn t Anyway whatever I did not finance the car but made a series of split payments over the week before I was due to pick it up After I had made the full payment I got a call from the finance department asking me how I would pay the remaining balance I explained that I had paid in full and he said he would call me back I waited three days not thinking much of it as I had paid in full and assumed the car was still being looked over or cleaned Then I received another call from Kush saying something along the lines of where is your final payment we ve waited 3 days why haven t you paid it yet I sent screenshots proving I had paid at which point the car was suddenly magically available I do wonder how long they were holding it on the false basis that I hadn t paid It seems very strange to me that I can use my banking app to search a transaction in about 10 seconds but a major car seller doesn t seem to have that ability I showed up to pick up the car and noticed immediately that it had not been cleaned at all and that the tank was almost empty There were crumbs and hairs within the centre console as well as a fair amount of dust There was also a random plastic part sitting on the centre console that I had been assured would be fixed prior to purchase I enquired about the part and that entailed almost a 30 minute wait while Kush had to get the owner and ask about it He finally comes over with the owner and they both say to me that the part is nonessential the car was in great working order and that it had passed all the required checks I know I should have mentioned the state of the interior as well but I was honestly exhausted at this stage I do not live near Brooklyn and it is very difficult for me to take time off work in the middle of the day especially when every basic question I asked entailed a 15-30 minute wait So I left happy to be done with the whole ordeal Two days after I purchased the car the key battery died and I noticed that the car charger cigarette lighter was PACKED with ash I should have perhaps checked during the initial inspection but my attention was occupied by the car s service history and functionality and I was also very distracted by the enormous wait time in between all my questions But since opening the charger lighter the car had begun to smell of cigarette ash which isn t exactly ideal considering what I had paid Yeah I m really sorry there s nothing we can do and it isn t covered under warranty I mentioned that Australian Consumer Law stated that issues like this need to be mentioned upon purchase and he went and returned with his manager I may have the name wrong but I believe it was Kris Kris immediately launched into a very insulting spiel about how I had purchased a 14 year old car and that I needed to be mindful of the fact that it wouldn t be in showroom condition I had no complaints about the mileage or the minor blemishes that you would expect from a car that age and I never expected something brand new My issue was with the fact that I paid 9886 for something full of cigarette ash that they hadn t even bothered to vacuum- despite Kush s insistence that it would be cleaned before purchase I explained this to Kris and he said well you inspected it didn t you He eventually offered to have the car cleaned out the back but after basically having to beg to be treated with basic fairness I wasn t really in the mood and left

We found them to be dishonest abusive and untrustworthy
Avoid these people at all costs in our experience they should not be trusted We road tested a near new Polestar from their Cannington location The salesman assured us that the faults we noted would be fixed these were three minor paint blemishes minor damage to the wheel rims and scheduled servicing We said that we had other cars to look at and would make a decision later We decided not to proceed and let them know However on reflection my wife said that she was interested in the car She asked for a quote on finance and was asked to pay a holding fee of 500 to secure the car meaning that they would not sell the car to anyone else while my wife decided she paid what she ahd been told was a refundable fee The finance quote from EasyAuto123 was not very good and we decided to work with our bank which could provide a loan for almost 400 per month less over the same period When we contacted EasyAuto123 to ask for vehicle details to discuss with the bank about secured vs unsecured loans they emailed an unsigned contract which did not include the work which they had promised to complete it did include an extra 126 36 for sanitiser pack which was not asked for or disclosed to us We were not prepared to sign it I called the salesman who denied that he had made any promises about work being carried out I repeated our previous conversation verbatim but he continued to deny what he had said He said that the car was being sold on consignment that is was a good price and that the work would not be carried out I indicated that we would not proceed with the sale I phoned the sales manager to ask when the money would be refunded he became abusive would not let me finish a sentence and said that money had been exchanged the holding fee should be considered as a deposit and consequently the sales contract was legal At no time was the sales contract signed or accepted He refused to speak to me but said he would speak to my wife - presumably because he thought that she would be easy to bully Who would pay more than 50 000 for a car that was overdue for a scheduled service He refused to refund the money and insisted that the unsigned contract was legal He then offered to complete the previously promised work if she would buy the car My wife decided not to do so because she felt these people were dishonest and untrustworthy Having studied reviews for this business it my opinion that that many of them are suspicious I should have searched for complaints rather than reviews 500 is a very expensive test drive If I could give zero stars I would this is a company to avoid and I wish that we had done so

Purchased a Ve commodore Ute from Easyauto123 hendra payed 14000 and traveled 70 km before the first check engine light came on PO741 torque converter slip By the time i traveled home and drove around to get quotes to fix the problem i was out of there km warranty 5500 to rebuild the auto The car came with a roadworthy certificate but i don t know how as there was no hand brake shoes or parts at all on the drivers side rear wheel A split rear cv boot spraying grease everywhere which had been doing that for a long time A bald flat spare Tyre No jack components at all in the car The car had a hard misfire at idle which i had to wait 3 weeks for them to try and fix the problem which they assured me it had been fixed If you google Ve commodore hard misfire with the 5 speed auto it is a sign of the torque converter failing and destroying the gearbox not hard for there mechanic to have found instead of replacing all the coil packs and all the other stuff So after i had fixed all the problems and the car is better then ever i have lost the love for the car and contacted them to to get a price for them to buy it back and just to throw salt on the wound they offer me 4000 can you believe it Talk about a slap in the face Aholes or what If they say I ve never purchased a car from them blah blah blah which they do to shut people down i have a Purchase contract i can post if needed This would have to be the worst experience i have ever had with dealing with a car yard Using young mechanical clueless people to sell there doggy cars and mechanics that are putting people at risk in unsafe cars I thought the days of doggy car yards where well behind us but apparently not

Major Repairs Not covered by warranty so they say
me and partner got a vehicle under finance with them 18months ago The vehicle is now undergoing major mechanical repairs due to the lack of how the vehicle was previously cared for We have always kept up-to-date with its servicing oils maintenance We are under warranty for only 5000 so we decided to take into their service shop for the problems that arose and let them fix it under warranty I called and was advised to take it to one of their service providers in Mount Gravatt for further inspection Just to arrive and have problems arise between Easyauto123 Hendra and Toyota Mount Gravatt on the fact that neither one of them wants to Pay for the vehicle to be inspected thoroughly I then had to pay out of my own money AGAIN for the vehicle to be transported to the actually service maintenance guys at Easyauto123 Hendra not only did you waste my time and money I received a following email stating the car had unleaded fuel in the tank It s a diesel vehicle and I would never in my life make that mistake so therefor it s not covered under warranty Something is fishy it s my word against theirs and who always wins in this situation The company does Never will I ever recommend anyone to this company The fact - THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU A RENTAL CAR OR POINT YOU IN THE DIRECTION OF ONE baffled me Disappointed and I ve been on hold on the phone for over 40min Hence why I m leaving a review I have had enough Update 51 minutes on the phone and not a single person picked up

Faulty car poor customer service
They sold me a faulty car I realised the car was faulty when I was on my way home from the dealership I stopped midway and gave them a call They assured me if there is any fault they would fix it I was there once a week for 3 months and they were telling me that the fault was just my feeling I then realised the car had factory fault Neither the main company nor easy auto accepted the responsibility and just killed the time I wanted to sell the car back to themselves but then they said it has a factory fault and they buy it for 2500 while had sold it to me for 12000 I m wondering how they can use these money in their lives The money that we have earned and saved with difficulties

Easyauto123 owned by Eagers Biggest Australian Dealer A Scam Company I Paid 500 deposit on a Silver Landcruiser at Hendra Brisbane subject to repairs Then days later told all is fixed Not True Not fixed Still transmission problem The Mechanic said he s Mate wanted to Buy the car That s why it wasn t fixed They didn t want to give a discount for a bad gearbox Said is was calculated into the price So why say its been repaired Why can t people be honest What a Dodgy company Wasted days Deposit took seconda to take off me Now I have to wait Days for Deposit back Ohh I just checked what they would pay for this car in their app Payment of 2 to 4k But sell it for 18k and still not fix it australianscam at gmail dot com

Liverpool Branch - Absolutely appalling experience I wouldn t even dignify this establishment with a single star This was hands down the most horrendous customer service encounter I have ever had the displeasure of enduring My friend was in the market for a new car and decided to shop around before committing However instead of being given the opportunity to explore our options we were relentlessly badgered by a sales assistant who shamelessly coerced us into agreeing to leave a deposit if we liked the car After taking the car for a test drive and determining it wasn t the right fit for us we were met with accusations of dishonesty and treated like common criminals for not succumbing to their high-pressure tactics The sales assistant s blatant disregard for our autonomy was staggering he even admitted he was more concerned about saving face with his manager than respecting our decision In his own words said I have to go to my manager and look like a d ckhead because you don t want the car To add insult to injury our attempts to retrieve our car keys and leave were met with deceitful stall tactics leaving us feeling utterly trapped and helpless It was a harrowing ordeal that left us feeling like hostages in our own car buying experience Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this den of deceit and manipulation

One word NIGHTMARE People talk about buying lemons I bought one too from EasyAuto123 It s had new DIFF New BRAKES New WIPERS New WATERPIPES Since I bought it And I m currently dealing with BLOWN HEAD GASKET On a 20 k car I can t get to talk to anyone They won t answer in service department Please get RACQ FULL INSPECTION They re cars LOOK GREAT on parking lot and I traded a 100 reliable car

Avoid If I could give 0 stars I would Like many of the other reviews here I had a terrible experience at Hendra Long story short the car was sold to me without the 101 quality verified mechanical check they say they do on their cars False advertising I requested the report as stated on their website and was sent the safety certificate Asked again and was sent a pre-ticked list I returned the vehicle 3 days later as it was blowing black smoke When I arrived they had it out the back for about 2 hours and after I said I have to go they said they didn t get enough time to look at it so I had to return a second time and pretty much got the same answer only this time they said all is fine Took my car elsewhere for a mechanical check for peace of mind and a list of items came up needing replacement including the fact they sold the vehicle to me with a service due which they refused to do before I took the vehicle So I had nothing to go by mechanically after paying 25K for the car Terrible customer service or lack there of they really don t care about anything else other than selling the car and getting the cash They claim to mechanically check all vehicles but they clearly don t Would highly recommend an independent inspection if you really want to buy from there I drove out and noticed the car felt sluggish took it to a service station and checked the tyres they had around 23psi in them they required 33psi On collection the car was dirty and dusty and I when I mentioned this I was told because I didn t pay the 188 sanitisation fee that was the reason it was like that when I collected it I did not take out the extra protection plan with Easy Auto123 I d rather take my car elsewhere to ensure I know its mechanically sound after all they just want more money from you I will be making a complaint to the ACCC also for the false advertising and my general experience with this Company
