Buyer beware Fraudulent seller
Paid 220AU for 200 candle holders for a wedding a month ago Seller only dispatched 96 to me Items received were inferior glass and on trial shattered with the heat of a candle flame A serious danger Seller kept my money as well as the 104 candle jars he retained and refused to pay to return the candle holders I am unable to use due to them being a serious safety hazard This is theft and criminal that he has kept my money as well as the holding the items I paid for Will be reporting this to the relevant Australian authorities

Didn t read reviews because I brought through BnQ thinking nothing of it being a 3rd party They lie offer no resolution I ve asked for a refund as it hasn t been dispatched but been told they can t do that until I refuse delivery Makes no sense Then wait weeks for a refund It s awful
