Appalling service after years
Appalling service after years with them all of a sudden it has all gone to pot The hosting of emails began failing and incorrect disk quotas kept locking out the service long before it was due to renew File manager figures were not the same as disk quota figures and deleted emails although removed from the trash still showed up on the quota figures hence a full quota Confirmed by themselves as their failure My complaint was met with a seven days to leave message from Brendan on questioning this and the legalities I was then given one day and have been locked out of my account I cannot access my data A deliberate act of cyber kidnapping I have no idea what has gone wrong there but please if you value your emails and data DO NOT buy from this company Disgraceful service and I shall see them in court

I ve been with Telus since 2009 my business account including website and email and then Easyhosting took over For years Telushosting had allowed me to add a little website for my charity on my clinic s business account but Easyhosting started charging for it Inactive during Covid and since I recently asked EH to have the charity website made inactive for the time being Instead Easyhosting knocked out that and my entire clinic website all our emails including important client referral emails I am required to keep The clinic website and emails were eventually put back up but I received 30 pages x100 messages of spam in one day This blocks the clinic s email to the public as well as forwarding of appointments booked online to the clinic inbox in other words total nightmare EH did nothing to help saying only that every SPAM email had to be individually blocked Since then there have been pages of SPAM daily including repeat emails from addresses supposedly already blocked Nobody at EH seems to have any clue why their system is behaving like this or how to stop it and nobody helps EH staff all say the clinic has an aggressive SPAM filter and yet - this continues There are 6 tickets out I ve spent a whole day and hours a day since trying to deal with this but there are thousands of SPAM messages coming in stilI so have no idea if anyone is even looking at this situation It seems that the only way forward will be to start over with a different internet provider What a sxxtshow definitely do NOT recommend There is one star because the rating system is limited after what this is costing me and my company I believe a negative star amount is in order

No respect for the client and bad service
Unprofessional company they ignore you when you report that something doesn t work and they charge you for services you don t have with them I already moved my hosting and they still charged me for it absolutely unacceptable thieves I have been a client for 15 plus years but the last 2 years it seems some students took over who have no respect for the client Self centered money oriented people with the worst services How shameful when these days you got so many trustworthy professional hosting companies They will go bankrupt quick as everyone is leaving them

With all due respect i am reading that there are three different Easy hosting companies with the same name in different countries is that correct My experience in Canada with the name and company was not pleasant due to HOURS wasted spent on phone over two years of issues way too long giving too many second chances and when the last day canceling was 5 hours being transferred to different offices telling me they could not help me being put on hold for way too long and the call being hung up on and having to call back giving the same speech info all over again just to have them tell me i was responsible for solving the issue that an Easy hosting worker had caused i could not get into or manage my site properly and when finally got into the control panel I was trying to get out what was there It was a photography site and i wanted my photos and like i said hours later a worker had lied to me and messed up my files panel and misdirected me I did not get the photos correctly due to a paste and copy issue that should not have happened i had enough i was already wanting to cancel the service and that sealed it Even canceling took way too long That was only one of the issues i had with that company and the workers that s why i canceled I am going to say it SHAME on the system that is running the system If i did actually calculate the full phone time I know minimum it would be 40 hours plus and then some and i am the one that had to pay that and for that again SHAME
