Excellent repair work on mobility scooter great value and service - thank you

My wife s scooter broke down and after trying to get a repair with company that made it and failing we found Easy Living Mobility and popped in to their branch in Newcastle-under-Lyme The lady I spoke to logged it as a repair I was just having a quick look at the other scooters on display when the engineer came in and quickly started looking at the scooter and testing it He traced the fault to either the brake component or the lever that controls it and apologised he wouldn t be able to fix it straight away this was at about 4 30pm but said he would be able to look at it the next day We happily left it with them and a little over an hour later my wife received a message to say he had fixed it and we could collect it the next day as soon as they opened The repair is perfect and they even cleaned the scooter so it looked like new The cost was incredible value for money and meant my wife was back on the road again Thank you both very much We intend to use them again when the service is due on the scooter and would happily recommend them to others

Very helpful on the phone and listened to everything I asked Abigail was so patient with me telling me to take my time She also went through with illnesses which made you excempt for VAT She couldn t have been anymore helpful I ve ordered now and can t wait to get receive it now There was no pushing you to look at different scooters I had two in mind and she explained the differences between them which settled my mind

We bought a Mobility Scooter from the Wellington Branch and the service was exceptional The scooter is for my husband but I went to get information on various options as I have Arthritis and have to ensure that I could lift the parts comfortably Ross Vickers Branch Manager was brilliant taking all the time I needed to explain the different scooters explaining how they came apart etc how much they cost guarantee lengths and insurance cost I came away extremely happy The following day I went back with my husband and again Ross couldn t have been more helpful and friendly He explained to my husband the operation of the scooter we had chosen how to break it down and how to store it in the car My husband was also very impressed and we came away with his scooter We recommend Ross and the Wellington Branch to anyone Thank you very much Ross Brilliant service
