I needed help with my Anthurium

I needed help with my Anthurium because the leaves and stems were getting brown spots all over them and the flowers were also turning brown I contacted easyplant and sent them pictures Andrea told me my plant was having a failure to thrive and because this was within the 90 day warranty she said easyplant would send me a new plant I didn t expect that What an incredible company this is I highly recommend easyplant

Excellent customer service even when they weren t at fault

I recently had some plants gifted to me The only problem was they were delivered while I was on vacation and they sat on my porch in the snow for several days When I contacted easyplant about whether or not they could be salvaged they gave me a code to reorder my whole shipment at no charge nor did I have to send the original plants back What an excellent company

Great customer service Ine of the plants i ordered was smaller than it was supposed to be but when i got back about the issue to them they took care of it within a couple of days and are sending a new one over and i didn t have to send the wrong one back Appreciate that hassle free replacement service Also the first order came very quickly and well packaged
