We could not have been more impressed with EasyTot We ordered a beautiful high quality washable nursery rug that s soft and plush with EasyTot pricing far more favorable than Saks and other competitor retailers The larger size we needed isn t offered by all retailers but Easy Tot had it in stock -- so we placed our late evening order only to immediately realize that I d entered the wrong street in the mailing address I emailed EasyTot and then also called the next morning Happily Emma yes a real person focused on her customer s satisfaction answered the phone and assured me that she d already read my email made the address correction and was just in the process of writing us back to let us know We later had a few product questions and EasyTot continued to impress Emma made us feel like highly-valued customers providing quick and responsive answers and conveying the message that customers matter I don t often write testimonials but here Emma s and EasyTot s service was so extraordinary Combine that with a curated and amazing product selection and competitive pricing -- and you ve a recipe for success Superb shopping experience
