So happy I found this

I m absolutely hooked on this weekly meal delivery I used to visit my local Iku eatery back in Glebe in the early 2000s and now I can eat their amazing meals every week from interstate So nourishing and tasty and excellent value I never saw myself getting pre-made meals due to 1 cost and 2 lack of plant based variety but this has been such a game changer for me in my busy life What was going to be a one-off order has now become a weekly event I look forward to choosing and trying new things and my favourites Delivery is easy - you don t have to be home and it s packed well to stay cold Can t rate highly enough

Amazingly Delicious and Nutritious Plant Based Eating

Have loved IKU s food for a long time but moved out of Sydney so have gone a long time without Imagine my delight at now being able to order online and have it delivered to my doorstep Sooo much better than takeaway and makes for a super delicious meal after a long working day

Yummy and healthy Plant Based FoodIKU food is not only healthy it is delicious too My daughter also takes them to school for lunch So convenient and healthy for her compared to school canteen Her favourites are Udon Noodles Pad Thai and Pesto Fettucine I have already made another order IKU is going to be in our regular meal rotation

I love IKU I ve tried other services but IKU offers a way wider variety of fresh options like salads which are always delicious and filling The delivery service is great and I love that they do breakfasts and snacks as well Sometimes I have some trouble with managing my subscription on the website maybe a UX issue but I can totally get past this as it s made eating healthy meals so much easier

Rival company does not compare

After trying out a rival company we are returning to IKU for its natural clean ingredients With the rival company I was horrified to find out the meals we ordered contained thickeners emulsifiers stabilizers maltodextrin - I try and avoid these because of issues Also I was unaware I got locked into a subscription and found it hard to navigate my way out of it I did like their bigger meal option however eating a healthy meal without reaction is more important to me

Fresh and Delicious

The food customer service and delivery is top shelf service The food never disappoints and that in its self is impressive The food is well priced and always tastes freshly cooked I order from Melbourne and you wouldn t know it s coming from Sydney Customer service is excellent So is the delivery service they use The other advantage is Afterpay is an option to use Thank you for such awesome and delicious food

I feel healthy just looking at IKU

I feel healthy just from opening my beautifully packaged healthy meals and juices when they arrived chilled to my door With the move into spring I love the fennel salad and roasted chickpeas as a great WFH lunch The parsley salad dressing is also wonderful over the salad bags I buy from the supermarkets The black bean and sweet potato curry is jam packed full of taste It includes seasonal steamed greens with brown rice and quinoa plus the zingy taste of pickled red cabbage It just should not taste as good as it does until you read the ingredients include star anise cardamon nutmeg fernugreek rice vinegar and crushed ginger WOW I have several autoimmune conditions and so have to be extremely careful of every ingredient so grateful to read when I order all the things I need to know to make a safe decision The delivery service is 100 reliable with fantastic SMS and email updates in real time so you know to the minute as they approach your home This saves hanging around all day and the delivery is professional and friendly I love the rewards program which is another generous IKU experience giving me free delivery on this order

Great food easy delivery and good customer service Some of the meals arrived damaged because of handling in postage - Iku responded to my email about it straight away and dealt with it perfectly Highly recommend

IKU as a brand really care and stand for something That is reflected in all aspects of the business from the wonderful delivery people - shout out to Jeremy - who walk your box up the stairs to door rather than dump is inside the gate to their incredible focus on nutritious health and wellbeing which they have promoted for years before it was fashionable This is who they are and I just love that
