False charge

As with other reviews I was charged 99 for a service I have not signed you for I have never even heard of them and have bo notice this charge was coming I feel very violated especially having looked this up says an app made by women for women As if women aren t already taken advantage of

EATIVE unauthorized took 99 90 from me

The rage I am experiencing from EATIVE is awful Yesterday my checking account was charged 99 90 WHY I don t have a subscription to EATIVE No customer service either

Total BS Same as other review tried to cancel the day they auto renewed and was told the clock starts 90 days from original subscription for cancelation of annual renewal No way this is legal Same transparency language in my email Now saying they canceled future renewals but how can that be according to their own described practice of needing to cancel within 90 days Now wasting my time involved and rage to fight Save yourself Never did more than glance at worthless subscription that was of no interest Browse the magazines at your grocery checkout abs save yourself 69 and your mental health

Disgraceful Company

I bought a one month plan for 12 but wthat became 17 without my knowledge until after payment and they put me on a recurring plan I only found this out by being suspicious and checking My Subscription Quite disgraceful The Live Chat said all our plans are recurring then they should say that I said I would be referring them toTrading Standards and writing to TrustPilot They promised to refund my subscription Will come back here to repot on progress

Auto renew without any notification

Companies like these should not exist and the customer support should be ashamed of calling themselves support I was charged 33 without any kind of notification There is no phone support or at least the company has made it impossible to find one I contacted them from my phone app and asked them to cancel the membership they pointed me to the desktop version and then kicked off from the chat I can t login anymore either to phone app or desktop app I will be instructing bank to not process any further payments Just adds unnecessary stress to otherwise a good day

Not Honorable

This company was Ketobody and is now called Eative Have tried to cancel a renewal subscription on the very day it was posted - and requested a refund - and my request was refused although no service was ever received I should also share that I have been charged 69 00 and I had never used Ketobody let alone Eative They updated their policy on the very day I challenged them Big and costly mistake Steer clear Not honorable Be careful

Evidently I ordered this last year and used it a couple of times I didn t like it and stopped using it and honestly forgot about it and figured I wasted my money I was unexpectedly charged again unbeknownst to me for another year When I wrote them they refused to give me a refund All I can do is warn everyone to stay away and don t trust this website This is after their two responses notice their pat answer to my review Must be an automatic response Still no refund

Canceled back in May

Canceled back in May called left message and canceled through the app Found out they continued to charge me Never received 3 month agreement Horrible customer service Tried for first couple of months lost no weight Hoping this would work but it did not

SCAM

I signed up for this a year ago and was not happy with the service it felt deceptive so I cancelled A year later this week I was charged another 70 for an annual subscription I emailed the customer service folks and was told that transparency was important to them and that they cannot refund me my money for a service I cancelled and do not use Buyer beware This place is a scam

Total scam we have tried to cancel this subscription for 2 years now absolute scam No way to cancel no way to reach anyone zero accountability only thieves
