Ordered from company delivery promised date missed by over 10 days and still not arrived Contacted them and was told it would be dispatched today or tomorrow A week later still no cheese and Elle has not responded to my requests on where it is The company are a scam avoid at all costs

35 pounds worth of cheese arrived Not cold Eatlean has advised to wipe items down and put in fridge Disgusted by responseUPDATE refund or replacement offered

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service Received several packets of mouldy cheese Complain submitted and photos Sent 5 emails now NO response NO explanation NO apology still out of pocket AVOID like the plague

Received 2 packs of mouldy cheese Had to jump through hoops to receive a replacement for 1 and was made to feel like a liar

15 blocks of ordered 100 mouldy

I received an order of 15 large mature blocks of mature cheese Delivered on Tuesday 20 02 2024 Best Before 21 03 24batch number 23356I went to make my sandwich for work on 22 02 2024 and to my horror upon opening the first pack of 15 it was green and mouldy I then continued to open all the other packs to find that all 15 blocks are green and mouldy The company seems to have been going through a cost cutting period as their shipping is now terrible too No shipping information at all and no tracking

STAY AWAY

I ve given the business more than a week in goodwill to respond to my emails and phone calls NOTHING I ordered their big fridge topper or whatever is called for the first time after getting some of their cheese from a supermarket Upon arrival I put almost all of it in the freezer The one packet I kept out had mold in multiple spots It s unopened and the seal hasn t been broken Had to throw it all away because I couldn t tell what was moldy or frosted given I only saw the moldy packet the next morning and by then the rest of it was frozen Also for anyone thinking I could have eaten the non moldy one A head of cheese can develop mold in the rind and it s fine For sliced and grated cheese to have mold visible means that the mold is into the cheese and probably the whole batch OR there is contamination in the packaging process The packet is still in my fridge if the company has any questions Seal intact

Order never arrived

Order placed on 25th of March not received yet No idea when it will happen at this point IF it will happen Worst service ever I paid also the delivery charge for no delivery

Product ok customer service terrible

Allways have issues with delivery states on their website that we will recieve updates when orders are out for delivery but this never happens Cheese arrives mouldy due to it not been sealed correctly Even though i like the product there customer service is terrible

Poor service

Order arrived warm and unchilled EatLean took quite a few days to respond apparently due to staff illness Didn t solve the problem just gave 20pc off next order Quite poor Some of the order was close to its sell by date
