Ron Tusko 7 18 AM 2 minutes ago to me I have recently had the good fortune to meet Augusto via email after buying a MateX compatible battery I was having some problems with charging and he spent an extraordinary amount of time talking me through some of the issues that could be causing the symptoms He never gave up offering different ideas until he hit upon the fix I had been without my bike for 8 months or so due to my not having charged my batteries periodically over the winter Without the ability to ride I bought a new 52V battery from ebikeparts If anyone has any doubts about this battery forget them now it is truly amazing compared to the original MateX 48V battery Yesterday I rode 20 miles before the battery registered a drop in voltage I think this is truly amazing Augusto exemplifies what customer service should be competent understanding friendly and not the fake friendly that you get from most other sites it was refreshing Buy from ebikeparts and if you have any issues ask for Augusto
