my first foray into a ebike have not rode a bike for around thirty years i asked david a ton of questions he even checked the dog trailer hitch would fit my choice of bike was the ecobike lx step thru purchased on a wenesday delivered thursday fully assembled and ready to go my first ride was like a white knuckle ride wow brilliant bike and brilliant service if you are looking for an ebike give this shop a try

Slight delay on sorting a replacement motor hub but their communication throughout was excellent and they got the issue sorted so all good and nice that several years after a bike purchase they were still super helpful with after sale service
