Fantastic Bike Brilliant Service I have been looking at buying an electric bike for a while and have spent many hours trawling the internet to try to found a good bike at the right price and Now I Have Found One I called John on Tuesday and he was great answering my many questions and giving me confidence in the bikes and also advising me on what bike would be best for my needs John gave good honest advice I Wednesday evening I decided that this was the bike for me and I placed the order To my amazement John called me on Thursday and said that he had dispatched the bike and it should be with me next day It arrived about 10am this morning less than 24 from one end to the other of the Uk very impressed But it go even better The bike was very well packaged I carefully unpackaged it and set about doing the small part of build up require and it is only small Attached the front wheel handle bar post seat peddles and finally the front mud guard it took about 30 minutes in total John had told me how well built the bike where but off course he would say that but I can honestly say I don t think I have ever seen a better built bike its as solid as a rock but so comfortable at the same time It was now road test time I headed out with a huge smile on my face with a quick peddle and short press on the throttle button I was off and WOW The bike glided off so smoothly quickly and quietly and then the real test the first hill WHAT HILL WITH NO EFFORT THE BIKE RESPONDED FANTASTICALLY unfortunately it started to rain hard and I didn t want to get soaking wet so I headed home can t wait to get back out on it tomorrow I don t offered write reviews but I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure to purchase this bike the whole experience was really fantastic and Johns advice and customer service was the best I have ever received IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING AN ELECTRIC BIKE CALL JOHN OR ORDER ONE TODAY

Review for 20 x 4 folding fat tyre electric bike Model SR20B-Black 500 wattI ordered my Little Fattie after my friend got one and I was green with envy After four weeks trying to choose between black and white purely on fashion grounds I eventually decided on classic black So glad I did The bike took less than 24 hours from order to delivery from Lanarkshire to Oxfordshire Huge box arrived and my partner build it immediately for me as I was a bit impatient about it Well very impatient to be fair It took around half an hour but was very straightforward John said to call if we got stuck at all nice to have that level of support So we charged it up read the instructions strapped on the helmet and set off First ride was 19 miles My partner is a Boardman biker and I can t ever keep up Until today Set off in assist 1 used the other gears when needed and was in front of him the whole way I also upset a pro cyclist by overtaking him on a hill with my legs sticking out comedy style to rub it in The saddle is comfy the front and rear lights are good The additional frog style headlight included was a nice touch I popped a cargo bag black on the back rack for the massive lock judging by the looks and comments that bike got it needs to be kept secure at all times The strong motor keeps me out of trouble the kenda fat tyres are ace for the local pot holed country lanes around me and it doesn t take long to fully recharge Unlike me I got this bike just before the price went up but I honestly would have expected it to be around the 2k mark if I hadn t of known Three friends have tried it and now want one I have had no hesitation in sending them the details to order Honestly this bike is the nuts I m nearly 50 and still quite active This bike makes me feel 18 again and I couldn t recommend John enough for his care and help Absolutely excellent product and seller - it s a solid 10 10 from me and that s nothing short of a miracle as a former senior customer support manager for a well known blue chip cycle retailer

Challenger 500w

I ordered the challenger 500w in white early yesterday morning it turned up today before lunch My partner helped me construct the electric bike and what a great looking bike very impressed My partner even got me testing it out in the rain Wow what a bike totally exhilarating After suffering a stroke couple years I felt fatigued just walking up to the shop so don t go out much I am so impressed with my new toy that we got to the beach which I havnt been able to do since my stroke So thankyou John for a speedy service

Little Fattie up in the Highlands

Just a short review about my experience with Ebike Lanarkshire First off i would very much like to thank John for his quick communication help and all round great service I ordered a Little Fattie which has been a God send With the power assist and throttle i can get about freely and effortlessly although i have a serious hip issue The bike arrived the very next day after the order which i must say never usually happens up here in the Highlands I have been on the bike a few times and i must say its a fantastic purchase at an even better price Without the bikes pedal assist and throttle control i can honestly say i have no chance of cycling any where which also gets me out from under the wifes feet If you are reading this review in pursuit of purchasing an Ebike like i did i can 100 recommend John at Ebike Lanarkshire

Great Service Great Bike little fattieI took a long time researching which were the best Folding Fat Tyre Electric Bikes decided following a conversation with John to purchase a little fattie from E Bikes Lanarkshire It arrived within 24 hours of placing the order Building the Bikes was quite easy I had a problem with the battery locating but a quick phone call to John and all was sorted Can t recommend them highly enough for quality product and service

Bought a step through ebike from Ebikes Lanarkshire today for my wife John was very helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend She loves it fantastic bike Thank you John

Great service nice chap

Bought my bike from John s company 15 months ago I have done 3500 miles on it alot of that is carrying heavy plumbers tools Had to replace seat stem bolts and an accelerator button John responded straight away and the replacement parts were sent straight to me Bear in mind some spare parts are ordered from abroad and make take up to a month to arrive unless the company has changed this and is now stocking the parts in the UK Great service great products at this price point
