Hidden charges no communication
Got a hidden charge of 25 to increase my speed when it was NEVER mentioned to me I don t approve of this way of doing business with hidden fees have been a client for over 4 years

Not good internet
You will not get what you are paying for Internet speed it is not there they promise a lot at beginning but later gets worse by day if you get between 35 and 60 download speed that is a good day and I was paying for 150

Literally the worst internet provider
These are the reasons why ebox is honestly the worst internet provider I have ever had to deal with 1 Their internet is very expensive in comparison to other companies I was paying 126 month 2 The internet is terrible cuts out all the time Had several instances where I was without internet for days at a time without it being fixed 3 Very poor customer service Takes hours just to get a hold of someone and then the call drops and they don t call you back so you have to start all over again Was often told that my issue was escalated to the supervisor and I would be receiving a call back no one ever called me back If you want to pay a lot of money for terrible service and have a mental breakdown due to frustration then definitely sign up for ebox

I had used ebox for several years
I had used ebox for several years The customer service is extremely poor They do not actually do any service calls themselves and rely on Bell technician to fix any infrastructure issues The service was never even close to expected 50MBPS It usually clocked in around 10-12MBPS when I tested in optimal conditions I then had issues with the service going and attempting to connect with their technical support was impossible Waiting in queues of 50 people or asking for a call back The call backs always came late in the evening when I was unavailable I tried twice to schedule call backs and no one called me at the designated time My internet has been down for over a week with no resolution I have attempted to cancel my service but no one will confirm in writing Overall some of the worst customer service I have ever seen

Bad service
I ve been with them for many years without problems Since 3 months now my internet is not working correctly They made me lose my time with them on the phone for hours without being able to solve anything They planed apointment with a technicien only to cancel it twice the day before the visit Everybody is very polite but the people do not speak to each other and are not reachable very very poor service so many promesses so few results I closed my account today

Well since ebox went to bell fibre
Well since ebox went to bell fibre nothing but crap Disconnects 3 or 4 times a day have to reboot Then when you cancel already found new provider They wont let you They say a tech has to call you back well 5 hrs later still no call back So been on phone 40 min again Getting used to their same music I dont recommend them at all anymore Take this as for real No service DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like to be on hold for 1hr and listening to their stupid music

Avoid ebox at all cost
Avoid ebox at all cost Bell bought them last year and since then we have been having frequent outages I used to like this company before bell bought them over For now look elsewhere Ebox is now a joke and a disappointment like Bell I had similar experience at bell before switching over to Ebox now am not surprised the same frequent outage issue is happening

One of the worst escalations department
One of the worst escalations department I have ever heard of They actually make things worse when they escalate it I lost a number of clients because ebox kept pushing my installation date back weeks and weeks because of errors on their end and after all that refused to give me and form of compensation for the lost time and money after screwing me over for a month Keep in mind I had been with them for 13 years before this and not once received anything in the form of loyalty

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever The internet connexion was honestly really good But the customer service was horrible Never call me back waiting 1 hours on phone At the moment I am waithing to talk to an agent for the 4th time for the same billing problem Not fixed yet They say they will call me back and they never call me back

Bonjour RESTER LOIN DE CETTE COMPAGNIE qui est maintenant la propri t de Bell Il offre de super prix mais quand vous avez un probl me le service la client le est inexistant j ai fait affaire avec eux sur une courte p riode j ai parl avec plusieurs employ s qui vous r pondent n importe quoi Ebox me devait de l argent impossible de parler avec quelqu un de la comptabilit cela fait 2 fois qu ils me disent que je vais recevoir un ch que par la poste d ici 4 6 semaines que je n ai toujours pas re u l option qu il me reste est la Protection du consommateur VOUS ETES AVIS S Hello STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY which is now owned by Bell They offer great prices but when you have a problem the customer service is non-existent I dealt with them for a short time I spoke with several employees who will tell you anything Ebox owed me money impossible to speak with anyone from accounting they have told me twice that I will receive a check in the mail within 4 to 6 weeks and I still have not not received the option I have left is Consumer Protection YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED
